Situated in a quiet friendly block of six apartments, this ground floor apartment is equipped with a flat-screen TV, a kitchen and a dining area. The private bathroom includes a bathtub, shower and free toiletries. Barbecue facilities are also available for use, free of charge.
Cafes, restaurants and bars of Elwood can be found within a short walk from the property. Guests can also enjoy leisure walks at the nearby off-leash dog park and nature lake (just at the end of our short street), or to Elwood Beach only 7 minutes walk away (sandy, calm, bayside beach with safe swimming, a great cycle track, and some restaurants and a historic beach kiosk that serves hot and cold food and drinks).
Guests can ride the tram or train to Melbourne City Centre, which is within a 30 minute ride away.

Pet friendly - We have a lovely 7 year old golden labrador ourselves, and are ideally located for walks, so we welcome well behaved dogs that don't make too much noise.
