Beautiful house in Guarda of the Embaú to only 100mts of the sea.

The house is composed in the lower part of balcony, kitchen with utensils, small room, bathroom, laundry complete with maq. washing machine and dryer, barbecue, garden and internal parking.
In the upper part a suite in two environments with 2 double beds, air conditioning, tv 32 "led cable with total hi, wifi and linens.
We are in the best location of Guarda, 32nd street in google maps, next to the Manicaca hostel.
