Beautifully restored historic Charlevoix cottage. A surprising 6 bedrooms/4 baths make it the perfect place to host the entire family, right downtown so park the car once you arrive! The backyard is huge with a deck, patio, fire pit and tire. Walk to bars, restaurants, the splash pad, free bike rental, or any of the different beaches on Lake Michigan or Lake Charlevoix. The teenagers can come and go as they please as they explore all charlevoix has to offer as they shop, paint pottery or go to the local cinema.

Located just north of Round Lake between Lake Michigan and Lake Charlevoix in a quiet neighborhood of magnificent, large homes. Right around the corner from downtown (1.5 blocks). Beautiful large front porch that’s perfect for warm summer days and the spacious backyard that includes a historic century-old barn great for a scenic backdrop for photos and a stone patio with string lights for summer evening fun. Our cottage is only a one minute walk to a Lake Michigan public access!

Large Weber Grill, antiques from around the world, and a fully stocked kitchen. There is not a better large home in all of Charlevoix to host large gatherings. They say location is everything, add the best location, a huge flowing floor plan and one of the most beautiful historic streets and backyard with comfortable furnishings and authentic curated cottage decor. We own 6 cottages all within a half mile of downtown Charlevoix and a 4 luxury units in the middle of downtown and they are booked 100% of the time from June until the end of October. Our attention to every single detail separates us from the rest. We know how hard it is to choose a cottage, there are hundreds out there. We are our hardest critics and have used our travel experiences from all over the world to bring you the best guest experience possible. We do not use a vacation rental management company. You are our top priority. We often clean, resupply the house, landscape and everything in between! :)

We spent two nights there for a golf getaway with 10 senior women. With six bedrooms, the accommodations were great for our group. There are plenty of gathering spaces for evening conversations and game playing. The owners have done a beautiful job of making this older home a wonderful retreat. The owners were also prompt in asking questions we had before arrival.

From the curb you might think there's no way its as big as listed. The house goes deep. Plenty of room on the main floor for entertaining with almost all bedrooms upstairs. Clean, plenty of cooking utensils and sil erware. Hosts are quick to respond. Perfect for our group.

The perfect cozy up north cottage!

Came here with a large group of adults for a ski trip. The house is even bigger than it looks in the photos! We loved the high end appliances and incredible attention to detail with the decor and furniture. Well stocked kitchen, impecably clean all around, and tons of space in the house to gather or to spend time on your own. Shawn was a wonderful host as well and we appreciated how simple and clear all the instructions and information were.

New Years with longtime friend group

Six couples, lots of cooking, a fire in the outdoor fire pit, pickleball in Petoskey, long walks through CVX, great shopping, wine at the Vue and great accommodations at the Nichols St. home! The home is spacious and worked well for our group. Plenty of seating, comfortable beds, and lots of natural light. The east family room was where we spent most of our time, watching TV, enjoying conversation, warming up by the fireplace and playing games. It really couldn’t have been a better stay!

Couldn't have been better!!

We absolutely loved this house! Our family was there for a wedding weekend along with a babysitter. We had five adults & three children five & under and there was plenty of room. We even had the bridegroom getting ready on his wedding day! Sitter had a room upstairs with bath attached. We all enjoyed the back patio. We'd definitely stay again!

Why they chose this property

There is not a bigger cottage closer to downtown with what we have to offer. Location is why we purchased this cottage. It actually was never listed for sale as we purchased this family cottage from our dear friends who owned it for over 30 years. We would stay here with our close friends while our other 2 cottages were booked. We fell in love with it instantly. From the large covered front porch to the historic barn in the back and the alleyway that the kids can use to race their bikes and scooters everything about the cottage spoke to us, the white cottage is a year round rental that is located in one of the most beautiful historic neighborhoods in all of Michigan.
