Ample 100sqm furnished apartment. 2 parking spaces. Building with elevator.

Apt on Enseada Beach / Guarujá, less than 10 minutes walk to the sand of the beach (650 meters).

The building is quiet because there are few apartments, with a total of 12 apartments.

Local maravilhoso

Apartamento grande,aconchegante,muito gostoso. Tudo bem organizado,limpo etc. Não fica longe da praia,Local seguro,o dono o apartamento super educado,prestativo,pessoa de fácil comunicação. Tem vagas de estacionamento para 2 carros,tem tudo que uma família ou grupo precisam. Recomendo a todos,minha família e amigos amaram o apartamento e a praia da enseada também. Espero voltar logo!

MUITO BOA

A estadia foi muito boa, tenho somente um detalhe a esclarecer, pois havia um aparamento no predio em obras e como teve dias chuvosos, o barulho incomodou muito, poderiam ter usado o bom senso e ter feito a obra em outra oportunidade. Usavam makitas, martelos rompedores, talhadeiras e batidas constantes.
