Stunning Panoramic Views and Swimming Pool

This is a gorgeous property in an elevated position which boasts fantastic ocean, Fraser Island and Sandy Strait views.

The apartment boasts:

* two good sized bedrooms
* two bathrooms, one with a bath
* separate family room
* open plan living
* dining/kitchen area
* two TVs
* two DVD players
* air conditioning in master bedroom
* CD sound system
* dishwasher
* Weber gas BBQ
* lock up garage

The downstairs living area extends out onto the ground floor balcony and onto the pool area. Relax and enjoy the stunning vistas from the two north east facing balconies whilst you sip a wine and watch the kids play in the swimming pool.

Situated close to the supermarket and only a short stroll to the patrolled surf beach.

Sleeps six in one x queen size bed, one x double/single combo bunk and one x sofa bed.
Please note that (unless specified in the description) our holiday properties are not supplied with linen. Properties are supplied with doonas/doona covers or blankets as well as pillows; however, you will need to BYO or hire linen from our office including: sheets, pillowcases, towels, bath mats, hand towels, tea towels, face washers.

Babies or toddlers sleeping in a portacot or bassinet are not included in the maximum occupancy.
Portacots and high chairs can also be hired at an additional cost.

Please supply your own personal and household items such as washing powder, soap, dishwashing liquid, toilet paper etc.
