There is easy access to the beach and Rainbow Beach town ship is just a 20 minute walk or you can drive into town in less than five minutes.

Surfside 17 offers stunning ocean views down to Double Island Point from your own roof deck. Features include:
- three levels plus a roof deck
- air-conditioned (bedrooms only, not the combined lounge/dining area on the top level)
- LCD TV
- full kitchen with dishwasher and microwave
- laundry with washing machine and dryer
- generous living area
- Wifi
- separate bathrooms plus a bath tub in the main
- large balcony

The complex of twelve properties also has a swimming pool with beach entry great for the kids.

No requirement to bring your own linen - all beds are ready made for your arrival just unpack and enjoy! Starter pack of soap, shampoo, conditioner, toilet paper etc provided. Please byo after that and BYO beach towels.
Please supply your own personal and household items such as hair and body products, washing powder, dishwashing liquid, toilet paper, garbage bags etc.

Pack your swimmers, a fishing rod and a good book and be prepared to soak up the beach side lifestyle at Surfside.
Sleeps eight in two x queen size beds and four x single beds.


Babies or toddlers sleeping in a portacot or bassinet are not included in the maximum occupancy.
Portacots and high chairs can also be hired at an additional cost.

Great house for 2 families to share. Very spacious with separate areas. Great location, short walk to beach and a 20 minute walk to rainbow township. Beautiful view from top level of the sea, sunset and sunrise. My only 2 things that could be better is softer beds and maybe put a table and chairs with umbrella on the top level.

Ripped off

Charged us for cleaning fee even tho the house was spotless because they felt like taking advantage of young adults. They couldn’t even produce any proof or evidence, would not recommend

We loved staying here! We stayed here for our wedding we had the best time Lots of room for everyone and lots of amenities like plates and cups and kitchen utensils. The only thing though the top floor where the living is I wish there was aircon but there is aircon on the other floors. Great location to the beach and to town we will definitely be staying there again!
