Large for a town house

6 adults stayed. Good location. Easily walked to town. Sea views. Had everything we needed. Would stay again.

We did enjoy staying here. It’s a great location if you want to go out and explore the area. Would highly recommend the Epic Kayaking Tours, lots of fun. But this accommodation was like being back in the early 90’s with no WiFi and decor to match, but that wasnt a problem what was is that there is no toilet paper or hand soap, I think that is a basic requirement. They do advertise that you have to pay extra for bedding which is a pain when traveling by air. They request that you wash all the dishes which is fair enough but there is no dishwashing liquid or tea towels.

The property is spacious, clean, the kitchen has all the equipment, and the lounge chairs are very comfortable. The location was terrific too. Coming from overseas we always hope air bnbs have some extras for those who don't live locally eg shampoo & conditioner; extra towels for the beach; oils and conditments in the kitchen etc. Portsea 1 does not have this and you have to make your own beds even when paying extra for linen. Providing these extra customer service touches would have made this getaway place fantastic.

We enjoyed our stay at Portsea one - we had everything we needed, The accommodation was comfortable and clean - with lovely views and close to the shops and main street - would stay there again
