Why they chose this property

The Owner purchased this spectacular piece of property to build his own home. He was immediately drawn to the amazing panoramic views, the truly dramatic sunsets, the ocean located just along the shore of the property and being surrounded by nature.

Growing up in Grenada, I myself truly enjoyed the freedom and safety that the island offered. It is for these reasons that we decided to share this unique opportunity and experience with individuals and families looking for a unique living or vacation experience.

Newly constructed and furnished luxury residence with amazing views, private-access beach and a host of amenities available on site. It's away from it all but still so close to the city and main tourist areas.
