Fabulous town and ocean and mountain views and backing Bermagui Golf Course. This upmarket property is located in a commanding situation in one of the highest locations in town.

Recently having been completely renovated, the home offers spacious living areas and generous top floor verandahs for indoor/outdoor living, and well appointed, modern bathrooms and kitchen. The flexible design provides 2.5 bathrooms and 3 bedrooms and a double garage.

The layout of the house is as follows:

Lounge/Kitchen/Dining: all located upstairs and overlooking the whole town you can take in the amazing view from the large outside table and chairs located on the deck. The lounge/dining room boasts a large flat screen Tv, two lounges with coffee tables and a 10 seater dining table with reverse cycle air conditioning to keep the air a comfortable temperature. The large kitchen is renovated and fully equipped.

Bedroom One: located upstairs. Features 1x Queen bed, bedside tables with lamps, flat screen TV, built in wardrobes, ensuite bathroom with large shower, toilet and vanity, all finished off with a spectacular view over Gulaga Mountain.

Bedroom Two: is upstairs and features 1x Queen bed with bedside tables and one lamp.

Bedroom Three: is situated downstairs and features 1x Queen bed with bedside tables, 2x Single beds.

Downstairs: Enjoy having a second living area with large flat screen Tv, 2x 3 seater lounges and bar fridge and fenced outdoor area. They also have a safety gate and highchair. Another downstairs feature is the large double garage which guests are welcome to use.

Bathrooms: Downstairs has a bathroom with shower, toilet and basin. The main bathroom upstairs has a large shower, bath and vanity. The main bedroom has it's own ensuite.

An outstanding property in an outstanding position. Drive your golf cart out the back gate onto the golf course, or stay home and watch the world by from this elevated and luxurious home.

Great Views
We enjoyed our stay here very much. The views from the balcony are amazing and also from the main bedroom. What we really liked was the fact that sheets and towels were provided. There was plenty of room in the house for large groups. We really appreciated the extras left behind in the house - soap on tap in the shower, salt and pepper in the kitchen plus other essentials that we didn’t have to go out purchase

Great place, clean and large
Clean and quite large two storey house with plenty of sleeping arrangements. Amenities are good and is very comfortable. After a day on the water fishing, was great to sit on the verandah cooking a bbq, and relaxing with friends. Great place, great location.
