Nestled in Bermagui with oceanfront views and private direct access to a beach, this fabulous house offers guests a comfortable and spacious retreat. With four bedrooms featuring two queen beds, a bunk bed, and two single beds, there’s plenty of room for family or friends. The bathroom upstairs includes both a bathtub and a shower, making it easy to refresh after a day of adventure, with a separate powder room. The downstairs laundry contains a separate toilet and shower which has direct access from the garden and is the best spot to clean straight after a beach day! Guests will appreciate thoughtful touches like garden games, board games, kids books and toys. We provide cooking utensils and appliances, and a coffee machine with nepresso pods. Whether relaxing indoors or exploring your secluded beach via your private, direct stairs, this amazing home provides an incredible place for your getaway. We'll be available to answer any questions while you stay at our place. You’ll feel like you are in a private paradise with the most spectacular view 24/7!

Tents and campervans are prohibited. Any unregistered guest or pet incurs a penalty fee of $200 per guest, per night.
No fish cleaning or processing is permitted on the property. All fishing equipment and mess must be removed. Non compliance results in a $500 fee.
No smoking or vaping inside the home or on the deck. Any breach of this rule will incur a penalty fee of $200.

We had a lovely stay at Sarah’s house. The views are incredible. It was very clean and welcoming for us. We would definitely stay again. Sarah was always available for any enquiries we had. Absolutely recommend.

Bermagui is a beautiful coastal town in NSW with incredible spots for swimming, fishing, diving and sightseeing. You’ll see many dolphins from the garden and whales during whales seasons. You’ll also see seals around the corner near the Bermagui Blue Pools.

The local attractions such as food spots (best bakery in town and fish & chips) will hit the spot every time.

The perfect blue waters everywhere you go can not be forgotten!
