Situated just three minutes stroll from Quillan centre, this very pretty house welcomes you to enjoy spacious rooms, fully furnished and modernised throughout with fully equipped kitchen.

Every room has open views to the mountains.

Parking is directly outside the property in a quiet cul de sac residential road of 10 houses.

From the large entrance hallway with cloakroom, walk through to the main lounge and dining area which leads onto the very pretty courtyard garden.

Outdoor seating and dining provided as well as sun loungers on the upper level secluded roof terrace, accessed by spiral stairs, with panoramic mountain views catching sun from midday to late evening.

Enjoy a restful night’s sleep in the spacious bedrooms both featuring new ensuite bathrooms. You will find ample space to place personal belongings and hang items of clothing.

There is a rotary line for laundry. Some washing detergent for machine and dishwasher supplied. All bed linen and towels are supplied. Beach towels available.

There is a TV with DVD’s and Apple TV to enjoy in the lounge plus fast +250Mb/s fibre optic broadband.

This house offers you both peace and comfort for your stay giving ease of access to Quillan and its surrounding areas.

Great holiday in Quillan

We would highly recommend this beautiful house in Quillan for a holiday. The owners Marie and Stephen were so responsive and attentive in providing a peaceful, relaxing and comfortable house for our holiday. Quillan is a terrific base for a holiday with great activities, events and restaurants on your doorstop. It was so close to the route of the Tour de France too which was excellent! We would book again and hopefully return to Quillan in the future. Thanks to Marie and Stephen for a thoroughly enjoyable and relaxing break in beautiful Quillan!

Quillan vacation

We found the house to be furnished to an excellent standard , and situated in an ideal location for accessing the town centre which was only five minutes walk . The accommodation throughout was very well equipped , with the kitchen in particular having plenty of accessories . We loved the garden at the rear of the house which receives the afternoon and evening sunshine . We have visited Quillan many times over the past fifteen years and this is as nice a property as we have ever stayed in .

Semaine juillet a Quillan

Très jolie maison bien meublée avec tout ce qu il faut SAUF des volets en rez de chaussée cote salon salle a manger ce qui rend le lieu irrespirable et peu agréable en ces périodes de canicule. Des volets et des rideaux s imposent, à défaut de climatisation et ce sera parfait.

The house was spotless and Louise could not have been more helpful We loved the attention to detail in the decor and finishing of the interior. I took notes to use in our new French house! All very tasteful and wonderfully comfortable.
