Great get away with the family.

We enjoyed the property and the location was perfect to get to Sunrise in the morning for skiing. We also had a great day sledding and then enjoyed each night relaxing back at the condo. Perfect size for family of 4 with a little room to spare. Overall property was great and we’d definitely recommend.

We had a great time in this Pinetop condo, it was a really comfortable winter stay with more than enough room for our party of 5 adults.It was nice to have the ambiance of a wood fire in the living room and also separate thermostats and a Roku or smart TVs in every room. Best of all, it's close to many outdoor activities and not too far from Sunrise for skiing.

Everything was how it was listed. The place was exactly what we needed. We enjoyed the cold weather while being able to come back to a nice and warm home. The neighborhood was nice and quiet. We will be staying here again next year if available.

The process is booking this property, speaking with an associate from Evolve, and checking in was super easy and excellent. However we were disappointed with the cleanliness of the bathroom rugs, dirty coffee table, and sheets with hair on them. Everything worked fine, no problem with TV, or appliances. It needs a good scrubbing and fresh linen.

Suitable if the weather is as cool

This second level 3 bedroom 2 bath unit was suitable for a weekend stay. The hot temperatures were a setback because there is not central air. A few room AC unit tried to make a difference but struggled to make it bearable when it’s over 80 degrees. The cool evening air was a welcomed relief. The location was good for our needs. No complaints regarding the check in or out process. The screen doors to patio need work but overall it was a decent no frills condo.

NOT central air. Filthy pots and pans, dirty white shower curtain, gross grease stain (?) on washer/dryer door, cabinet door ready to fall off above refrigerator, no directions on how to work tv (5 remotes) only how to connect to Wi-Fi, noisy main road behind condo, needs an update and someone to check on cleaning crew when complete.

Not comfortable in summer months

It is advertised as having air conditioning. It has one portable unit in the living room that is a real “air conditioner. This room gets cool. Two of the bedrooms have some fan/blowers that are supposed to be portable AC units but do not produce cool air. The third bedroom only had a fan. I would not reserve this unit in the summer unless you like to sweat while you sleep.
