The house was clean. The dishwasher was full of mold and stunk terribly. The washing machine was also full of mold and smelled bad. If you don’t care about having a dishwasher or being able to wash your towels, then it’s a good place to stay. But based on that I would not stay here again.

Regarding the stain in the washer, it is simply a stain that we have been unable to remove, even after professional deep cleaning and industrial bleaching. It cannot be removed on this model, therefore it is just a permanent stain, but it is not mold and we have not had complaints of smells. We also recommend that guests leave the door cracked open to prevent too much humidity in the washer/dryer area. We have had a regular cleaning crew clean between every guest and also deep clean periodically to ensure that the appliances are all in good working order.

First Family trip....VERY MEMORABLE!!!

AWESOME STAY!!! My family and I had such a great time and enjoyed the Sea Foam Beach House! Highly recommended!!! Plenty of room, plenty of parking close to the beach, stores and restaurants!! No one every fought for the TV remote, every room has a TV! Buggy rental right across the street!! Look forward to our next stay at the Sea Foam Beach House!!!

Great place to stay! Our family had everything we needed at the house. 5 min drive to beach. Kids loved the foosball table! Appreciated the beach towels provided in the house. Plenty of pots, pans and utensils to cook meals at the house if preferred. We didn’t get a chance to fish in the catch and release pond but saw others fishing on and off during our stay. We had a good view of the pond from the porch and enjoyed watching the turtles swimming with their babies. So cute!! Would definitely stay at this house again in the future.

Fantastic getaway

First, let me say the property was exceptionally clean and well put together- plenty of space for everyone in our group of 3 kids and 6 adults. Having the deck looking out at the pond was wonderful! We had some issues with the AC, but the owners were very responsive and got it handled quick! My only real suggestion would be to look at internet speed improvements- we were only able to have 1 tv streaming at a time.

We had a wonderful stay at this beach house! The house was beautiful, comfortable, and a great place to spend time with family and friends. We really enjoyed our time here and would definitely consider staying again. The only thing we wish was available was a military/veteran discount. Other than that, we had a great experience and truly enjoyed our stay!

Very Nice Property

this property was perfect for our men's fishing trip. It had plenty of space for everyone not just for sleeping but for relaxing as well. The pool was a nice touch.

Port A family trip

Such a great place to stay! House was spacious, beds were comfortable, showers were hot..had an outdoor shower for when we came back from the beach. Nice little grill that we used for fajitas. Double bonus on the foosball table, kids loved it and kept them off their phones. Bring some fishing poles, kids had a great time fishing in the evening - caught perch and did some turtle watching. Just a great place to stay and the owners replied quickly and were easy to work with. My out of town family absolutely loved it and they’re ready to book another trip. Would definitely stay again! Thank you!

Home was AWESOME!

This home was exactly as described. We never did find a short route to the beach, but we rented a golf cart, so it all worked out! It’s beautifully decorated and there was PLENTY of sleeping room! Plan to purchase your own paper goods (coffee filters, paper towels & extra toilet paper, any baggies/foil you may need for the kitchen) we we’re very pleased overall & would book again in the future!

Clean house that accommodated two families easily

This was a great property. Located 5 minutes to the Port Aransas beach (by car), it was a great place to stay. I especially appreciated that it was very little kid friendly and I had no issues staying there with my toddler. The owners were quick to email back to my questions. All in all a very good place to stay with your family for the beach!

Great place for a get together!

Beautiful Place, Very comfortable for our group. Clean, friendly nice beach atmosphere. Very spacious. The place was very nice after a long day of fishing, and even nicer after being out on the beach. Relaxing with everything you need to chill.

Nice spot

The house was really nice inside. We enjoyed the extra beds and bathrooms! Unfortunately, sheets were microfiber, of which I’m not a fan. The pond and pool were decent, but only a small corner of it meets with the pond. There is beach access very close by, which was handy. Overall, a lovely time had by all.

Great and Relaxing Stay

Impressive and efficient open floor plan with a Foosball table for some additional fun and entertainment. Balcony overlooking the community pond was relaxing when we weren't at the beach. Also there is a community pool a short walk from the house, if your in the mood for some fresh water wading.

Great House!!!

The house was amazing and looked exactly like the photos. We assumed the beach access was closer, but it is a mile walk from the house. It's not far unless you are carrying a lot of 'beach stuff'. Ray and Jackie were very quick to answer questions.
