This home offers an ultra modern finish in a quiet family street right in the heart of Mount Coolum.
The unlimited wifi, media room and blue tooth speaker will have all your entertainment needs covered.
The open plan living area offers views of the swimming pool and just outside is the full kitchen outdoor, BBQ hut with full dining table. All is undercover for full weather usage.
The stylish kitchen is fully equipped, including café style coffee machine, large fridge with automatic ice and water, extra-large oven, gas cook top, microwave and island breakfast bar with granite tops.
3 large bedrooms:
The master suite is downstairs. With a king size bed, walk in robe and en-suite.
Located on the upper level is a queen room.
Plus a triple bunk room (double on the bottom, single on the top).
A completely separate media/family room allows the kids to watch DVD s and play games while parents can relax in peace in the living area.

Private access to the council maintained path and grass way via the back gate will make walking to the beach or watching the kids ride their bikes or kick a ball a breeze. You just lay back and get lost in the serenity in the hammock by the pool.
With a double automated garage and security screening throughout the home is offers safety and privacy.

The pool is heated in the cooler months to 28deg - May to August.

There are 3 bedrooms for guests use, these are the rooms pictured in the listing .The home has 6 bedrooms and 3 are locked as they are the owners private rooms for when they come to stay.

Wonderful stay

The property is very well maintained. It’s only a short walk to the patrolled beach. The property manager is very helpful; I had to call her over a minor issue which was very quickly fixed. The house is beautiful and very well maintained.

Fantastic stay

This was the perfect house for a few days to spend time with my mum and sister. It had everything we needed, was clean and spacous, the pool was beautiful and had great outdoor living areas. Perfect house for family holiday

A great house, true to description. Clean, ample room and a great outdoor entertaining area. Kate was wonderful, very easy to deal with, and extremely prompt when dealing with a few little hiccups, particularly as it was Christmas time. Would highly recommend for a family stay, great location, quiet and close to everything.

Family friendly in a relaxing and quiet neighborhood.

Nice big house with plenty of room for our family. Kitchen is fully stocked with anything and every appliance you need. Great coffee machine too. Super comfy beds and the rooms have aircon for the hot summer nights. Awesome pool which can be heated if you need it to be. Nice and close to the beach and local cafes. Recommend Waiting for Huey for great coffee. Really enjoyed our time in Marcoola again. Kate is a fantastic Property manager and was very helpful with any little questions we had regarding the house etc.

Amazing Location

The house was just amazing. We spend our holiday together with my son's family and my daughter, in total 5 adults and 2 kids 3 & 5 years old. This house has all what you dream about for the holidays, the pool was exciting for all of us and the beautiful beach was just a 10 minutes walk away. The neighbour hood was so nice and quiet, we enjoyed our daily walk around their with our grandkids. If we have again the possibillity to come to Australia and making beach holidays, this will be definetely the spot we will come again. We enjoyed every minutes during our stay and the 10 days feels like we just arrived and spend a weekend there. We will miss definetely this beautiful time, if we are back in the winter from Switzerland. The host Kate helped us if we need a hand, she aslo answered right away, if we had some question, but all in all we had no issues during our stay, it was like we have seen it at the pictures and at the description, no surprises at all. Beautiful house super clean, great pool, house has everything you need to enjoy a great vacation. Walking distance to everything we needed Highly recommend the messy hen cafe great food and coffee. The only thing that I would add to the house would be another TV and it would be perfect.

Great family home for a beach holiday.

The house is a great size for the extended family to stay. The house has everything you need and the pool is a great size for little kids and big kids. The proximity to the beach and walking paths is also great. Loved our stay, wishe it was longer.

Not really quite as it was listed

The home was lovely but shows some pictures which was actually visible on your stay regards to the balcony view has you have no access to that what so ever, the pool was advertised has an heated pool but was absolutely freezing, don’t really usually complain about anything but it cost a lot of money for a 2 night stay which wasn’t really worth the money, I’m sure If I’d of looked properly I’d of found something a lot better
