Stylish Executive apartment. Two Bedrooms. First bedroom has a king bed, second has two singles, which can be joined together to make a king bed. There is an en suite in each bedroom. Full size kitchen with tea and coffee making facilities. Cook top, oven, Full size Fridge Freezer, Microwave and dishwasher. Washing machine & dryer. Smart TV with Netflix, & WiFi. Work desk, Lounge & dining setting. Sit out on the balcony, with an outdoor setting and views over Darwin Harbour. The apartment has uninterrupted views of Darwin Harbour and Frances Bay. For guests wanting to relax and unwind. The leisure facilities include an outdoor lap pool, well-equipped gymnasium and onsite restaurant open daily for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Located on Woods Street in Darwin’s CBD. The apartment is just minutes from the Darwin Waterfront Precinct, the Convention centre and the city’s dining, cinemas, entertainment and shopping hub, including Smith Street Mall. There is undercover parking and a lift to take you to the apartment which is on the 15th floor. You have access to all the facilities. The apartment is on the 15th floor so it is quiet and private. The main bus terminal is in walking distance. There is a shuttle Bus that goes from the airport to Darwin city. Darwin also has Ubar. This is an Airbnb so you don't go to the representation. For any information to do with the accommodation, you contact me. I will be in contact with you beforehand to give you code to enter premises and any other information you will need to make your stay enjoyable.

This property was exactly as listed, wonderful views and beey central. Had everything we needed after travelling through NT for 2 weeks prior. So great to chillax and the laundry was a bonus. Thoroughly recommend

Great location

This property is located very well in Darwin with easy access to the waterfront by foot and around the city. The property itself was well appointed, however with very small bedrooms And we were not left with the right number of towels for our number of guests. We were a little concerned about dust, grime and dirty underpants found underneath the master bed and the swimming pool was closed due to Covid which we were not notified about when booking. This was a disappointment as Our booking decision was based around a property with a pool that our children could access at their leisure. There was some argument after checking out a little late over a $50 penalty fee. We thought that this was a little harsh as we only held the cleaner up by 15 minutes. All in all we enjoyed our stay in Darwin and although there were a couple of negative aspects regarding this property it would be a good choice for most people.

Lovely stay, excellent spot, great communication

Just stayed for four nights in the lovely 2 bedroom apartment. Fantastic location with an amazing view. Our host was very quick to answer any queries and was accommodating with any requests. Everything you need in walking distance and we felt very safe. We will be back. Thanks again!
