Family Trip to AZ

Perfect apartment for me and my husband and parents. Extremely clean nicely decorated. Had trouble getting in the gate when we arrived. Messaged the point of contact twice with issues and never received a response. Parking is extremely tight and difficult.

Mayo Clinic Evaluation Week.

We were in Phoenix for some extensive testing at Mayo Clinic for my adult daughter. This location is very convenient location to the clinic, and is very clean and well furnished. Plenty of restaurants etc nearby. There are kids on the premises that play near the unit, but they were very well supervised, and were only outside for a short period of time. All in all, I would recommend. Owner is very responsive, will answer any questions or concerns you have quickly.

Great place....a little noisy

The home and property were wonderful. We had everything we needed to enjoy our 10 day stay. The Fitness Area and Pool are very nice! Our only disappointment was the large family of children in the home above us. You could hear the running almost all day/evening long. Also there are ALOT of yipping small dogs that their owners don't quiet. We are dog people so understand that dogs bark - but not for hours on end! We would come back in a heartbeat if it wasn't for these two things.

Pool drained without warning

We traveled from a cold climate so heated pool was #1 must have. Carefully booked this place in Oct. 2020 confirming a heated pool for our kids. Arrived Jan. 15 2021 to a completely drained pool with no facilities or anything for our kids to do. Nothing! Contacted property manager right away upon arrival to let her know this would not work and this listing stated a heated pool when we booked. She was not at all apologetic or flexible and stated it was not her responsibility to inform us of a change and the listing was current. We booked in October and it listed a heated pool at that time and remained to advertise a heated pool. We were not contacted of any change. It appears the pool was drained in early January and verbiage was added sometime after and hidden deep within the listing. The best we were offered was a 50% cancellation refund. The right thing to do would have been to refund us the full amount so we could move to another location with a operational pool from the beginning and not lose time and money on our vacation. We stayed here for half our vacation which we spent looking for new lodging. We lost time, energy, and money staying at a place that was not as advertised for our vacation. We incurred additional expenses not to mention extreme disappointment. The customer service we received regarding this issue was horrible. The property is advertised as a condo but it is in an apartment complex and is an apartment and seems way over-priced. It was however clean.
