About this property

This idyllic property is located only 1.5 hours south of Perth and 30 minutes north of Bunbury making it the perfect location for your next beach getaway.

Costeño Beach House is a 3x bedroom, 1x bathroom property that more than comfortably accommodates 6-8 guests.

The master bedroom has a King bed, both other bedrooms have double beds. All beds come freshly made with all linen and bedding, you only need to bring your own bath and beach towels with you.

The newly renovated kitchen is fully self-contained with all modern appliances and everything else you may need to cook up feast during your stay. Even better if you’re here during our gorgeous summer months you can make the most of the outdoor patio and light up the BBQ and dine alfresco whilst watching the sun set. If it does get a little bit chilly you can also take advantage of the fire pit and roast some marshmallows.

The property is completely child and pet friendly. The back yard is fully fenced with plenty of room and grassed area to run around.

There is secure parking in the single carport for one vehicle or there is also a second driveway access into the back yard so there is plenty of room if you wish to boat along with you.

Binningup beach is a popular holiday destination with the lively natural reef that runs parallel to the main beach, providing a protected area for swimming, snorkelling, diving or beach fishing. The reef also provides safe access to its natural boat ramp for launching off on your next fishing adventure. There is also 4WD access to the south of the main beach or north of Westcoast Drive, a popular beach for surfing in the winter months. Or if you prefer to bring the clubs, Binningup is well known for its stunning 9 hole golf course. Binningups general store sells all the necessities such as groceries, fuel, alcohol, ice, fishing gear and bait, free use of an air compressor for inflating tyres, DVD’s, magazines and takeaway food. Or if you prefer a meal out the Fishing Club is open Thursday and Friday nights which is located at the main beach foreshore with the pirate ship playground for the kids.

Costeno Beach House Binningup

We had a lovely stay. Property and location was good, photos are pretty accurate, the street is very steep! There were a few basic essentials, like salt, pepper, paper towel, dishwashing liquid, hand wash, disinfectant, washing powder and toilet paper. Binningup General Store also has lots of basics, Treendale has a Woolies, Bakers Delight or a little further to Bunbury Farmers Market. Kitchen well appointed with basic cooking and serving ware, bbq works well, but not great light for cooking at night. Washing machine very handy, no pegs, but we gifted some. Property was clean. Tv only seemed to get one kids abc channel and no dvd player. Would have been nice to get free to air to watch the news. Wifi is great, teens were happy with it. Air con works well, fans in 2 bedrooms, really need one in third also. Beds are comfy enough, extra blankets and plenty of towels. Dinning area is squishy, we left table pushed up against wall for meal and games. Would have been nice to utilise the outdoor table at night, but no lighting, made it unsuitable for meals and games also. Nice grassy area for the dog. Overall we all enjoyed our stay.

House was really well presented and very comfortable with everything laid on. The only thing the air-conditioner vents did not open when you operate the machine. Otherwise even yours is great. Thank you for a nice day

Great Stay

Fantastic place to stay, very clean with everything you need. So close to beach and fully enclosed yard for the dogs. Would stay here again. Renee was great and easy to liaise with about our stay.

Convenient beach stay

Property cleanliness had declined since last stay. All amenities were provided and appropriate for the property. It is perhaps time for a deep clean as there were many cobwebs and built up grease and dust in corners and behind doors. The old lounge is definitely in need of a professional clean or replacement as the lingering odours were unpleasant. It’s still a lovely little property and would stay again, I just think it’s time for a good scrub from top to bottom.

PEACEFUL, COMFORTABLE AND CONVENIENT

The property has a generous back garden, it was very nice sitting outside under the veranda enjoying the fresh breeze. Very comfortable beds and lounge. Toilet/bathroom was fine but BYO toiletries. A bit of a drainy smell from laundry. Everything we needed was in the kitchen, although some of the cutlery, crockery and pans were somewhat greasy. We cleaned up the items we wanted to use. Otherwise everything was clean and fresh. We recommend this property.
