30 days minimum stay: Spectacular panaromic views from your own private balcony, on the 9th floor, and bedrooms where you can view passing dolphins and manatees. Open spacious, comfortable condo completely recently renovated. Your days can be filled with swimming, fishing and diving. Heated waterfront pool and hot tub. Just a few minutes away from St. Pete’s Pass-a-Grille beach. Ten minutes from downtown St. Petersburg with upscale restaurants, shopping and museums. Tropicana Field (home of the Tampa Bay Rays) is minutes away. Unit has two huge master bedrooms, (apartment is 1,250 sq. ft.,) with a king-size bed in one room and two full size beds in 2nd bedroom. There are moderns TV’s in the living room (55 inch Smart TV) and the master bedroom (43 inch). New AC and hot water heater so you can be assured that everything mechanical will not disrupt you.
