About this property

Our home sits on 5 acres of undisturbed space. It is a four bedroom, three full bathroom, newly renovated. Given its extense area, you will find no neighbors in your vicinity. You will be able to find peace and tranquility if you so desire. You can bring your horses or trailers given the available space. There is also a lot of potential for future planning depending on what you desire, in which case, you need only communicate it to us, and we will be more than glad to help you. The property is readily available for upcoming events. It is very close to the Coachella fest and the Empire Polo Grounds also closes property to the equestrian grounds

Great place off the beaten path.

Nice, big, clean home with 4 private bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Was perfect for our stay this weekend. Lots of space in the yard and a clear night sky around the house for viewing. Would definitely stay here again.

Coachella Country Retreat

House was exactly ae shown in the pictures. House manager was accessible and helpes us immediately when we accidentally locked ourselves out of the house. The only thing that bummed us out was that there was no true fenced in area for the dogs. Would stay there again.

Excellent. The caretaker for the property is not an issue at all. He is on adjacent property and a very nice man.

Perfect family getaway

We had a wonderful stay away from everything. This gave us the opportunity to spend quality time with family. With 5 teens, we spent quality time playing games, football, eating and enjoying each other. The house was nice and plenty of room for 8 people. Oscar was very accommodating and responsive. I would stay here again.
