Welcome to Resort Plaza 5007, a warm and spacious two-bedroom, three-bath Park City vacation rental positioned at the very base of Park City Mountain Resort — where world-class skiing, vibrant resort-village energy, and the best of four-season mountain living are right outside your door. Available for nightly stays during the winter season and both nightly and monthly stays in spring, summer, and fall, this 1,500-square-foot condo is the kind of home base that elevates every trip to Park City.
Situated in the Marsac Mill Manor building, Resort Plaza 5007 places you at the center of resort life — a short distance from the lifts, ticket windows, and a lively collection of dining and shopping options that make the base area so appealing. Historic Main Street and the Town Lift are a short walk away, and Park City's free year-round bus stops a short walk away, connecting guests to Deer Valley, Canyons Village, Kimball Junction, and more.
Step inside and feel immediately at home. The generous living and dining area is anchored by a cozy gas fireplace — a natural gathering spot for après-ski evenings and relaxed mornings alike. The full kitchen is well equipped for home-cooked meals and casual entertaining, and a sleeper sofa in the living room provides flexible additional sleeping space for the group.
Sleeping accommodations are well suited for families and small groups. The primary suite features a queen bed and a private ensuite bathroom — a calm retreat from the rest of the home. The second bedroom offers two queen beds and its own full bathroom, providing comfortable space for additional guests. A third bathroom ensures that no one is waiting in line during busy mornings. During the summer months, an evaporative cooler keeps the condo comfortable as temperatures rise.
Resort Plaza 5007 guests enjoy access to the year-round pool, hot tub, and fitness center, all located off-site at The Lodge at Mountain Village, within walking distance of the property — a welcome retreat after a full day on the mountain or trails. Heated underground parking is included in the Lowell Building, with a clearance of 6 feet 9 inches. Please note that oversized vehicles cannot be accommodated and alternate parking is not available. Your parking pass will be waiting on the kitchen counter upon arrival. Complimentary Wi-Fi, elevator access, and a free community luggage storage room are also included for your convenience.
Please note that construction is underway on the Plaza deck from May 1 through the end of September 2026. Noise and vibration are expected during the first two months of this window, and a safety construction fence will be in place along the fire lane and Lodge at Mountain Village property line.
Resort Plaza 5007 is a non-smoking, pet-free property. Guests check in through our Direct to Condo process; simply complete the pre-registration form prior to arrival to receive your personalized door code. Housekeeping is not included but may be arranged through our Guest Services office for an additional fee, subject to availability, with at least two weeks' advance notice.

This is the absolute best located ski property we have ever stayed at. It is at the resort, in the building that is in the main square. The ski shops, restaurants, bar, tickets, and school are just steps out of the building. Actually, breakfast was just down a flight of stairs. The unit is nicely furnished with comfortable beds. It would be perfect except ...
Logistically, it was very challenging. The directions to the unit and parking were both confusing. We woke up to an orange warning sticker on the car because we did not park in the correct space, although we thought we did (happy to get a sticker and not towed. I encourage the property manager to work out better instructions including a map and specific details on parking. But this was all relatively minor. Once we figured out the logistics, we were all very happy. Hope to stay here again.
