Cute little apartment with beautiful view from balcony of pool and canal. Had everything we needed, pool, full kitchen and laundry. Was a pretty long walk to Hastings Street for a young one but we didn’t mind. Lovely spot and a lot quieter than what we expected. Overall it was a beautiful stay.

My friends and I loved our stay at this property! Apartment was very clean upon arrival and had a great view of the river. Bedrooms, Bathroom and Kitchen were all comfortable and beautifully presented. Not too far of a walk from Hasting Street as well. Ammenities were very little though and we did go have to buy a few things e.g only one roll of toilet paper.
Other than that my friends and I enjoyed our stay thoroughly, so would recommend!
We have been staying at either this unit or unit 2 the past few years. This trip we were pleasantly surprised to see a cover has been put on the waterfront balcony to protect from sun and rain. The apartment was also redecorated and looks really gorgeous. The building has recently refurbished their pool area which is a favourite place for our kids to play while we can sit and look out over the water. The location is perfect - right on the water and only 10 minutes walk to bustling Hastings St. We will be back again next year!

We were a little apprehensive about the unit being on a main road, however all our living was spent on balcony, canal side of the unit. We had our folding bikes to ride to Hastings St or Gympie Tce in less than 10 minutes, so we found position was very convenient. Also used the ferry from park opposite. One tip, get rid of some of the ornaments etc, so we can use the space.
It was great overall. Well located for town and Noosaville and easy walk or convenient bus each way.
Would be great if the pool was heated because it was freezing and hardly used. There was no BBQ although it was shown in the photos and was mentioned in the property details and that we had to clean it. No pool towels and I am not a fan of only starter packs for consumables.
In an age of reuse, recycle and reduce - the fact there is nothing other than a few tea bags, 2 dishwasher tabs, two bin bags etc. you go buy a pantry of products and then bin them. There should always be the essentials in these properties and if you finish the oil, or the bin bags, or the salt, or the pepper then you replace it.
Not sure why you can’t check in at the property if all prepaid and not sure why you can’t leave keys inside when you leave the property?
These things would elevate the experience to fantastic from good.
That said we had a great time.

With 1) small private river front beach and pool facing the river and 2) high level of appointment and cleanliness, it works well for our young family.
Loved our stay here, property was really clean and comfortable. It’s great when you can use an apartment to cook and call home during your stay without worrying about not having utensils, pots pans etc. Well supplied apartment- thanks
Walking distance to Hastings St, National Park, farmers market and Noosaville. Can catch buses or cabs very easily for Eumundi market. Lovely apartment for two people

Had everything we need for stay including washing machine and dryer. Close to small group of shops with great cafe restaurant options. Easy walk to Hastings street.
Amazing apartment in the best location. Has an amazing view over the river and a short 10 minute walk to Hastings street. We loved our stay and will definitely be back!
