This property has been carefully designed to maximise the living space downstairs whilst ensuring large bedrooms can be enjoyed upstairs. A gorgeous floor to ceiling tiled bathroom with freestanding bath and shower accommodates two bedrooms and the main ensuited bedroom enjoys a walk-in wardrobe, marble tiled shower room and a 5m x 2m under roof balcony.

The lower level offering a chef's kitchen with superbly integrated island bench kitchen, induction cooktop, leading into the dining/living area which is turn opens through sliding doors onto the covered entertaining area with a 6m x 4m plunge pool, to cool off - all ready for your alfresco dining experience.

Should you venture outside you will find the river is just a stone's throw away, along with cafes, restaurants of Gympie Terrace Dining Precinct where you can enjoy river walks and sunset drinks.

We loved staying here. Such a great location. It was a 2 minute walk to the river, shops and restaurants. The house had everything we needed and was clean and comfortable. Unfortunately it wasn’t quite warm enough to use the pool. We would love to come back in Summer.

Great location, modern, stylish property
Very comfortable, spacious property for two of us. Loved the location, just a short walk from some great restaurants especially Eduardos and Gusto. Unfortunately the weather was not kind to us but was a great base for exploring Noosa and surrounding hinterland. Just one minor niggle which was the lack of some basic pantry items which would be expected for a premium property.
