THE SPACE

This property is split over two levels. The ground floor consists of two well appointed bedrooms (ceiling fans). One with a queen bed with balcony and smart TV and the other has 2 single beds. A large bathroom services the two bedrooms with bathtub and shower. This level has a separate laundry with washing machine and dryer.
Full clothes line is outside the laundry with a herb garden at your disposal.
Upstairs consists of a main bedroom with queen bed and balcony (air conditioned). It has a walk through robe and ensuite with double basins and a double shower.
A media room with a comfy couch/board games and toys for kids , books and large smart tv has soaring ceilings and a powder room. This leads through to the livings areas with high raked ceilings and great natural light.
The kitchen comes fully equipped for you to enjoy dining in with a 610 litre fridge, stainless steel appliances and gas cook top. Complementary kitchen condiments and herbs.

There are dozens of cafes, popular Thai, Greek, Japanese, French, Italian and Australian, fresh caught seafood, alfresco dining, floating bars, BYO and licensed venues just a short stroll from your door step. Make the most of River Cruises, Catalina, jet ski, Kayak, SUP hire or take a dip in one of queensland's rated rivers. Dozens of river and sunset cruises pick up only 100m away. Fabulous fishing to be had either end of the street.
A flat 1. 1 km walk to local shopping centre and tavern and 28 minute flat walk to Hastings Street. Yacht and Rowing club also close.

GETTING AROUND

Great public transport, Bus stop approx. 30 metres away at end of the street. Uber and taxis available. Free public buses on the weekends . Noosa ferry picks up only 100m away and has many stops from Tewantin to Hastings street.
