We loved our family getaway at this property. Kids especially enjoyed the pool and Jetty access. Property was comfortable, clean and well kept. Thank you for a wonderful stay, we hope to come back soon.

The view to the canal from the property outweighs any negatives, it is just beautiful. Saying this, there were a couple of niggles that detract from the overall experience. Firstly, Noosa Parade is very busy with traffic, coupled with council works during our stay, the second bedroom is very noisy and doesn't allow a holiday sleepin.
This property does not come with WiFi, my bad for not checking the listing properly,
but in this day and age, I just assume WiFi is included. Renters also need to be aware that the starter pack isn't just for tea, coffee, milk etc, but is for everything including toilet paper, hand soap, bin bags and dishwasher tablets. We stayed nine days as a group of four adults, one bin bag wasn't going to cut it!
Overall this is a decent property in a fantastic location (bar the street noise) but could benefit from a little more care.
Loved our stay. Be prepared to rise early as the bedrooms are bright. Didn't bother us. A bit of road noise in bedroom two but for the price we would definitely return. Lonely unit and great to moor our fishing boat which was a main reason for booking. Thanks so much.

I've never left a review before but unfortunately I feel no other option but to write an honest review
The good points... this property is in a great location. Very short walk to Hastings st amd close to Gympie Terrace amd Noosa Civic. The views were spectacular looking out over the water and private jetty. But thats about all the good points.
The negatives... Unfortunately travelling today post covid and with airlines being unreliable, flight cancellations are a real problem. Unfortunately for us our flight was cancelled and couldn't arrive until the following day. I contacted the property manager maybe in the hope of a kind gesture and good will offering maybe a small refund for the night it went unused. However I was told they were not obliged to and to take it up with travel insurance. Thats fine, I understand not their issue my flight was cancelled however travel insurance didn't cover it and the company pockets a few hundred dollars at our expense.
The property is situated between 2 other town houses and both were undergoing renovations. Most of the day and night all we heard was grinding and banging. The trades also took up the allocated parking space leaving us with nowhere to park. I contacted property manager, where I was told I should have complained sooner amd that they arent in control of who carries out renovations.
The property managers didnt even know what day we were checking out... very u professional and quite rude considering the amount of money we spend on the accommodation. Mold on the blinds, dirty walls etc just very overpriced!
Unfortunately won't be returning.
This is a lovely property to holiday in comfort. All you need is here. It’s a good family apartment. One bathroom was ok as it was big and there was a downstairs powder room. Loved the outlook onto the pool and the canal. Great location, walk to Hastings st or Gympie terrace. Little coffee shop and mini mart over the road. Take your Apple TV connections if you want to watch any apps. There is no wifi or smart tv. Thoroughly enjoyable stay, it’s a home away from home.
Great little townhouse, perfect for a short family getaway. Property location was quiet with pool and canal access. Off street parking was a bit of a tight squeeze.
We loved our stay at the property, it was clean and had plenty of room. The pontoon was a great little extra and the kids loved it, It was close to everything and we had a lovely stay.
Enjoyed our stay, great location along with pool and access to pontoon where we hired a boat! Place was nice and well kept. Only caution was the water/pontoon are not fenced off for kids (it does state this in the advert though). Overall, great experience and we’d be happy to go back
Great holiday in this hidden gem on the river. Great location, everything you need in a unit, and close enough to walk into Hastings St! Would recommend!
We had a lovely week a 2 Jalynca. Nice location on a canal with a lovely relaxed feel. Surprisingly spacious 2 bedroom townhouse. The pool area is lovely (shared with two other townhouses). Close to Quamby Place which has awesome dining experiences. Only downside was the on site parking was challenging.
We returned to Noosa for this holiday after leaving the area 4 years ago. We loved the unit, the pool was great and location wonderful for Hastings St and Noosaville. I was surprised there was no portacot available with the property but otherwise the amentities were great.
Excellent location, our family loved the pool and jetty... we saw a stingray, pelican and lots of fish which the kids really enjoyed!
Only con was that car space a bit tricky to get into as very small.
Will definitely comeback here!
