Acorn Oasis - Relaxing Family Lakehouse!

Located in Camdenton on the quiet side on the 5 mile marker of the Big Niangua Arm. This 4 bedroom 2 bath waterfront home with gentle yard is everything you are looking for. Bring the whole family!

Living room with lake view has plenty of seating, TV with Chromecast & Roku Streaming, DVD Player, electric fireplace and wireless internet. Kitchen features quartz countertops, large and small appliances and plenty of room to move around.

Dining Room features a 6 - 8 top table with lazy susan and an additional 4 bar stools at the breakfast bar.

Bedroom 1 features a Queen bed, TV with Roku, closet & book library with walk through to Bedroom 2. Bedroom 2 features a Twin daybed with pop-up Trundle, game collection, play area with TV & DVD only.

Bedroom 3 features a Twin over Twin Bunkbed and Twin bed with pop-up trundle. Bedroom 4 is located downstairs and features a Queen bed, vanity & coffee area, closet and lake view.

Beautifully designed guest bathrooms located on each level.

Downstairs also features an office, a commercial ice machine and a sunroom with a Full sofa sleeper and game table. You will find fishing poles in the sunroom, as well as discs that you can use at the local disc golf courses in Camdenton and Laurie!

Plenty of playing space on the water for the paddle boat, 2 kayaks, paddle board, canoe, swim dock with ladder, and is located at the back of a large no wake cove for swimming and boating. 10 x 24 slip or tie up on side.

Outside deck has a 6 top table with 6 stacking chairs and a gas grill. Including the carport, this home can accommodate 4 vehicles.

Lots of places to wine and dine both on and off the water, convenience store at road entrance and boat launching very nearby.

Great Location- calm cove

A boat dock in a calm cove on a holiday weekend is hard to find. The location was great. There was plenty of room to park the boat and still hang out at the boat dock. We did have to store our trailer off the property because the driveway is a little tricky but it was close and did not end up being any inconvenience at all. Overall the location and house was great.

Excellent Family Friendly Lake Getaway

This is our second time staying at this property. We love it here. The amenities are top notch with the lily pad, kayaks, canoe, paddle board and inside toys as well. The cove is nice and quiet, not commonly found on the lake. There was dog hair in the carpet this year which did cause a rash on one of our allergy prone child's legs. However, we will be back as we really love this location and lake amenities.

Wonderful Escape, Calm Cove

We had a wonderful time during our stay at Acorn Oasis. It was clean and newly renovated on the inside. Having toys there for our children was amazing! The kitchen was well equipped and there were so many lake “toys” for use as well. We canoed daily, paddle boarded and played on the foam pad. The cove is nice and calm on a fairly busy lake. We will be back!

LOTO

This location was perfect because my husbands family vacations every year in the ozarks at the Irish Hill resort. This house was right in the same cove. We loved the ice machine and all the amenities. There’s a bit of a wasp problem we were afraid to use the kayaks because we saw wasps going in and out of it. The only problem we had is it seems to be booked next year otherwise we would have booked it again!

Quite cove

House was OK a little outdated some of the online pics are a little deceiving location was great Cove it was nice and quiet everybody really enjoyed all the water toys kayaks canoes paddle boat. Only issue we had wasps underneath the walk out to the dock one adult got stung and had a bad reaction. Also we had eight people staying with us so we utilized the basement bedroom where there is a terrible infestation of caramel crickets.
