About this property

A warm place in the heart of Sun Peaks!

1-bedroom condo right in the Sun Peaks Village. This is truly a magical mountain paradise and we're excited to share our place with you! We're located on the first floor of Fireside Lodge, so you're literally mere steps to the slopes and the village. We can accommodate up to 4 people with a King-sized bed in the bedroom and a double sofa bed perfect for the kiddos in the living room. Food, entertainment, shopping, and, of course, the lifts are right outside the door. Ski-in and ski-out, a fireplace, and the building has a shared hot tub too! This place is great for families like ours, and we'll help with any kid accessories we can.


Note to our summer guests: We now have a portable Air Conditioning unit to help you cool off after those sunny days at the hill. We provide a video guide on how to use it with your welcome email. With AC and a fan or two, you can make sure the place is at the perfect temperature for you while you stay with us.

Nice place, close to the lifts.Unit just beside main entrance and on the way to the hot-tub so a bit noisy but really ok during our stay there in December before Christmas so it was quiet. Maybe less during high season.

Fantastic as always!

Yet another wonderful stay! This was our 4th stay at this condo and as always everything was just as described. Location cannot be beat. Great Place at Sun Peaks

We had a wonderful stay at Sun Peaks. The unit is very well located in the village and close to the lifts. The unit was very clean and communication with the owner/property manager was very clear and prompt. The hot tub was not operational during part of our stay (a building management issue) but otherwise everything was great. Would highly recommend to anyone wishing to stay in Sun Peaks.

Perfect Location!

This is our third stay in this condo. Location couldn't be better, the space is well laid out, very clean, and bonus is near the ski waxing room. The kitchen is well stocked with every item you could need. We'll be back!

House was wonderful for three generation family. Access to Attitash and Wildcat ski slopes a big plus. Kitchen was extremely well equipped for our family chefs. Open family area for evening relaxation. Bedding was comfortable. Close parking a big plus. Owner was very good to work with.

My Partner and I loved our 4 night stay at this property. Location is great. Clean. Close to all the restaurants and lifts. We really appreciated how well equipped the unit was especially the Kitchen. It made baking breakfast and lunch very easy. Very cozy place and we are already talking about returning next year. :)

Really nice property. Stayed in summer. As advertised it was hot in suite. Fans helped. Kitchen well appointed and we cooked in most of the time. Time in village. Bed in BR great. Pull out sofa not quite as good for large adult but slept just on couch was fine.

Comfortable condo in ideal location

The unit is very well equipped and quite comfortable. Cosy leather couch for crashing in front of the fire after a day of skiing. This is a ski in/ski out building.The hotub is just down the hall. The ski storage is around the corner from the unit, and ski out is through the main village stroll, a gentle slope to the lifts. The building is just steps away from the liquor and grocery store. Great restaurant Powder Hounds is in the same building.(fantastic caesar salad and schnitzel) Would definitely stay in this unit again if coming back to Sun Peaks!

Great place, would stay again!

This was my first VRBO stay, so I have nothing to compare it to. I was very impressed with Sean's communication and responsiveness. The ad was accurate, the condo was perfectly situated within the resort, the kitchen was stashed wonderfully to my delight, and the bed was super, super comfy! I would definitely stay here in the future. We didn't expect to need laundry, but it is available in the building should you get rained on while biking, like we did. The welcome binder was slightly out of date but Sean was responsive when I asked a question about the laundry card (protip, it's loonies, not a card, but the businesses on site seemed happy to make change for you for this purpose because who carries change, I was happily surprised I had cash, right?). It was a little warm in the suite, which is definitely mentioned in the ad. I'm glad the suite was ground floor as I'm sure it was warmer on the higher floors, and I would be surprised AC is common at a (usually) ski resort. I loved the close and safe storage for my bike, the convenience factor, the amenities of the building and, particularly, the suite, with bathroom supplies, coffee, teas, and condiments in the kitchen, laundry supplies provided, and games in the cupboard.
