Beach House 7, 26 One Mile Close - air conditioned, wifi, foxtel, linen
We offer a different experience at Beach house 7 and we hope you will agree.
The beach house is set high on the hill overlooking One Mile and Samurai Beaches. The air conditioned lounge, dining room and kitchen are enclosed by full length glass offering you panoramic ocean and bush views. Sit back, relax and unwind; let the tranquillity work its magic or cook up a storm or a BBQ then sit back and enjoy the fruits of your labour whilst taking in the view. If the ocean is not enough then the birds and wildflowers provide their own magic.
Feel like something more active?
You might like to take a 5 -7 minute walk through the bush down to One Mile Beach but please keep in mind its a bush track and steep in parts and might take a little longer to get back up.
Walk the beach, take a swim, go for a surf or try out the surf ski.
If the beach water is a little too cool for you then why not take a dip in the heated communal spa and pool? You will feel like you are on top of the world gazing out over the surrounding Tomaree National Park.
If you feel like venturing further afield then the delights of Nelson Bay are a 10 minute drive.
When it's time for a snooze there are 3 bedrooms all with ceiling fans and air conditioning.
Bed linen and towels are provided so there will be less to pack, more room in the car, the beds will be made up prior to your arrival and you won't need to take the dirty linen home with you. Your trip will be so much more relaxing!
When it's time to go just lock up then drop the keys in the letterbox and you will be on your way. Leaving will be sad but we hope that you will be feeling relaxed and rejuvenated with many happy memories of Beach house 7 so that you will have a One Mile smile when you remember your stay.
No use of hot coals or ash on balconies, please use the BBQ provided on balcony.
Strict complex rules :- - no boats, jet skis, or trailers allowed within the complex of One Mile Ridge.
- pets are not permitted.
- no music to be played in the pool area at any time
- no balcony use after 10.30pm
- no fires or coal BBQ's permitted at the property

Bedroom 2 (downstairs) - Queen bed + air conditioning + ceiling fan (all linen is provided)
Bedroom 3 (downstairs) - 1 Split king ensemble (please advise if king or 2 singles are required for linen purposes) +1 x Single bed + ceiling fan + air conditioning (all linen is provided)

Obligations to neighbours – Section 2.5.2 of the Code of Conduct
A guest must not at any time during the occupancy period:-
(a) create noise that because of its level, nature, character, or quality, or the time it is made, is likely to harm, offend, or unreasonably disrupt or interfere with the peace and comfort of neighbours and other occupants of the premises
(b) act in a violent or threatening manner towards neighbours or other occupants of the premises
(c) act in a manner that could reasonably be expected to cause alarm or distress to neighbours and other occupants of the premises
(d) use or enjoy the premises in a manner, or for a purpose, that interferes unreasonably with the use or enjoyment of common property by neighbours and other occupants of the premises in a strata or community scheme
(e) intentionally, recklessly or negligently cause damage to premises, any common property or any other communal facilities within the immediate vicinity of the premises, or any public property in the vicinity of the premises
(f) intentionally, recklessly or negligently damage the personal property of neighbours of the premises or other occupants of a strata or community scheme.
This property is approved for holiday accommodation only, no extra bedding mattresses, tents, caravans or more cars than the property accommodates are allowed.
After hour emergency service is available 24/7 during your stay.
If you or any other guest receives a warning regarding excess noise or excess guests, you may be asked to leave the property immediately with no refund of monies.
