Woody’s Place has a Northerly aspect and is located on the quiet waterfront of Soldiers Point, spend the morning soaking up the sun on the balcony overlooking the water ways of Port Stephens and enjoy the beautiful sunrises.
Woody’s Place is a large modern waterfront duplex on the top floor, which is situated at the road level, making it easy to drive into the double garage, park the car and unload your luggage, all under cover with no stairs involved.
Catering for a quiet and relaxing family holiday, it is only ten meters from the water with a council reserve between you and the water’s edge which is a great area for the children to play. Access to the water and beach is an easy walk down the side of the house.
There is an open plan living/ dining area with a split system air conditioner, ceiling fan, Smart TV and DVD. The living area opens out onto the balcony with a gas Weber BBQ and dining facilities. Fantastic fully equipped kitchen with complete cooking facilities including electric cooktop and wall oven, microwave, family size fridge / freezer and dishwasher.
Three bedrooms with the main bedroom having a queen bed, ensuite with shower, toilet, vanity, and access to a balcony to allow the breeze to flow through. The second bedroom has a queen bed, and the third bedroom has two single beds, the owners also provide Linen and Bath towels
The main bathroom is a 3-way design giving one room with the shower and bath, one with the toilet and one having the vanity area, all these areas are wide enough for a wheelchair and the owners have provided support rails which makes this perfect for the elderly to stay.
There is also a second living area with a TV and lounge at the front of the property, this area also contains the front loader washing machine, and a clothesline is provided in the garage.
