The plumbers were sent during your stay to fix the shower issue and any further work required was addressed after your departure. Thank you.
Everything was ok. Only problem I face that cleaner didn’t clean property accurately under the bed and etc before we boardin in. We cleaned as my wife and daughter have dust alergy. Other than this everything else was good. Will recommend others for this property.

Great location but inaccurate description and not super clean
The house was fine and did the job for our stay but the description mentioned things that did not exist and the reaction from property managers was a little underwhelming. There were things missing from the kitchen and it didn’t feel very clean - we found grass and dirt in the smaller room and given the current climate this felt a little concerning as to whether it had been well cleaned.
I don’t usually write bad reviews and generally am pretty happy with anywhere when I am in holiday but this place was just a little disappointing

We are unsure what you are referring to that is not accurate in the description and would have been happy to get you any kitchen items that were missing. You will be pleased to know that the cleaner has been changed since your stay and new kitchen items have been added.
Dirty and in need of maintenance.
Lack of information even down to how to switch of alarms in the dark.
Cannot access balcony or open a window as louvre blinds are damaged and falling apart.
I definitely will NOT be back
