Two good sized bedrooms with the main having air conditioning, water views and balcony access, modern kitchen with dishwasher and microwave, renovated bathroom with shower and separate toilet, internal laundry with washing machine and dryer, Wifi available, and one undercover secure car space.
All this and only a short walk to Shoal Bay Country Club and pretty much right next door to the Port Stephens Game Fishing Club.
Sounds too good to be true, you'll be pleasantly surprised when you stay at unit 2 Fleetwood.

The location was good, but the general cleanliness was very poor, it smelt when we arrived and the apartment had cockroaches in the kitchen, living area and bathroom (basically throughout). I find it shocking that I have been charged a cleaning fee when it wasn't that clean when I got there. The cleaners had been in but only cleaned what was immediately visible. There were cockroach droppings under the bathroom sink and sand under all the furniture. The place needed a good vacuum and pest spray. I did contact the agent that offered to reimburse me roach spray and the owner has declined to provide any refund ... A very disappointing and unpleasant experience.
