Adriana Apt -Private back yard with direct access to the National Park

Adriana is nestled in a tranquil bushland setting with the National Park and its birds and animals at your back door. It is also within walking distance to surf beaches, Shoal Bay beach and shops and just a short drive to Nelson Bay.

You have your own back yard with two private court yards giving you somewhere to relax and the kids somewhere to play. You have your own gas bbq and direct access to the tranquility of Tomaree National Park.

All the necessary requisites for the perfect holiday! Bring your own linen, tea towels, bath towels and beach towels and enjoy the best of both worlds at very competitive prices.

Rates are based on a minimum 7 night stay. Stays of less than 7 nights will be charged a flat rate of 75% of the weekly rate.

Lovely home in a lovely area.

A cute little holiday home in a great location. We stayed and enjoyed a lovely family holiday, the location was good, the unit spacious and clean, great with our family of 5 adults.

Great spot on top of the hill!

We loved staying at this hidden gem in shoal bay- it had everything we needed and was so central to everything Port Stephens has to offer! It was clean and quiet and my husband and our four children enjoyed bbqs in the courtyard overlooking the beautiful bush right at the back door. Would definitely stay again!

Good Family Unit

Good sized Unit backing onto the National Park, with good facilities. Centrally located in Shoal Bay. A short drive to Fingal Bay, Nelson Bay and Little Beach. It is possible to walk into Shoal Bay , just a few hills coming back :)

Lovely location

Shoal Bay is picturesque. The accomodation makes you feel so connected to nature with the national park at your back door. Secluded beaches are just a 15 minute walk albeit it involves going over hills. The apartment has large bed rooms and ample living space. It’s old school so do byo most things even a hair dryer. So happy we stayed, amazing value.

Great location next to the forest!

Fantastic apartment with access to beautiful surf beaches right off the backyard. Easy to walk anywhere and a well maintained property. Definitely would return.

Very comfortable unit, very well equipped and excellent location. Only complaint is the amount of stairs up to the unit, which are difficult for seniors and less mobile guests. These steps should be highlighted more in the advertising of the unit.

Lovely flat in a great location

Close to amazing beaches and National Park. We had a great stay in this lovely flat that was spacious enough and had everything we needed for the five of us, including a garden and a bbq. No shortage of things to see and do in the area. A special thanks for modifying our dates due to a change of circumstances, much appreciated! Would love to come back. Thanks!

Fantastic accommodation

We had such a lovely holiday, the apartment was perfect for our family. A home away from home. Very very comfortable. The Kitchen is extremely well stocked and modern. The backyard is to die for, very quite and right on the national park, saw lots of wild life. Thank you so much for providing such a great place to stay.

Little gem at Shoal Bay

This place is a little goldmine. It is beautifully appointed, and it has both a balcony (with glimpses of Shoal Bay) and a beautiful back courtyard so it is like having your own backyard. The only downside is having to bring your own linen and towels which is a bit inconvenient, also there is no wifi at the property. Would recommend however to other guests.
