The property embraces its absolute waterfront position with open plan spaces framing a breathtaking panorama of the exclusive shoreline of Kangaroo Point and Soldiers Point Jetty. The artfully designed property focuses on its luxury drawing in an abundance of natural light and cool breezes.

Centrally situated between Salamander Bay and Soldiers Point. You can experience fine dining only 190m stroll away to infamous Bannisters which features Rick Stein Restaurant or walk a little further to the enviable Soldiers Point Marina restaurants, The Deck Café and Waterfront Bar and the new Restaurant 2317. This holiday home is also only a short 15-minute drive to Nelson Bay.

This space is luxuriously outfitted floor to ceiling glass windows will make you want to sit back and take in all view, relax in the air conditioning, and watch the dolphins swim by in the morning, or boats pass by all day long. With a neutral colour scheme and modern furnishings throughout, the light filled open plan living space, dining, and kitchen seamlessly flows out to the magical view and alfresco balcony with dining provided. There is Chromecast at the property for you to use with your own account and free unlimited Wi-Fi.

The contemporary kitchen is fully equipped with complete cooking facilities, microwave, dishwasher, and family size fridge / freezer.

The impressive master suite has a private balcony, Queen bed, ceiling fan, wall mounted TV, and ensuite with a bath, shower, toilet, and vanity, slide back the balcony door to invite the breeze in and step onto your private balcony with spectacular views. Bedroom two has a Single bed and Single Bunk, and bedroom three has a Queen bed and Ceiling fan. Separating the bedrooms is the walk-through main bathroom and includes a shower, vanity, and toilet. There in an internal laundry with a top loader washing machine and dryer provided and parking for two vehicles in the double garage with internal access.

Heavenly
It is hard to fault this property.It is modern, well appointed and there is no need to bring anything but food. The views are extraordinary and we never tired of the lorikeets and Kookaburras having breakfast and arvo tea with us on the balcony.Dolphins were regularly feeding directly in front of our unit.The area is very quiet and the cost is reasonable in relation to similar properties in the area. The agents are always available and eager to help out with any problems or enquiries. We have booked again next year.Ahhhh the serenity.
