Welcome to Cape Vista 1, centrally located in the harbour precinct. With a location like this, you can enjoy all that Apollo Bay has to offer. Leave the car and walk to the beach, harbour, shops and restaurants or stroll around the corner for a game of golf.

This stylish town house comprises 2 levels. Upstairs, is the open plan kitchen, dining and living area with gas log fire place, where you can enjoy views over Apollo Bay's Back Beach located only 60m away. Together with the master bedroom and ensuite the upper level, also has 2 decks including an outdoor dining area with BBQ. On the lower level, a further 2 bedrooms plus a bathroom and laundry provide plenty of room for the family. A small, enclosed yard and lockup garage are also available for your use.

Features include air-conditioning, a spa bath, and those fabulous views. Relax with the sound of the waves rolling onto the shore.

Very pleasant stay

Very nice property in a good location. Was hoping for sea views but there weren't many. Quick walk to the town and harbour. Were a bit too frugal with their supplies....1 tea bag and 1 dishwasher soap and 1 small cleaning sponge for a 4 day visit was annoying. Otherwise very happy with our choice.

Very nice weekend break away in Apollo Bay

This place was perfect for us. If I had to comment on the accommodation, I think the barbecue needs a proper clean, but the rest were exactly as advertised. Really enjoyed our stay. Thanks to the owner!!

Just fabulous

Stayed here before. This time mid winter, but still fab, despite winter squalls and freezing rain, which still couldn't take the shine off our holiday. Lovely kitchen. Well appointed for cook-a-holics like us. Gas fire place kept us warm and snug coming back indoors. Just a great place for a break.

Lovely place to stay.

We have stayed at Cape Vista 1 for a few years now and always had a great holiday. Accommodation is comfortable and kitchen really well equipped. Nothing lacking! Loved the new lounge suite and side tables. Have put in a booking request for next year.

Beautiful property

Great location, very clean and good sized. Lovely master bedroom and ensuite although bed a little uncomfortable. Downstairs bedrooms great - lovely and quiet location - all you can hear is the sound of the waves! Really well appointed kitchen - had everything we could possibly need! Thanks you we will definitely book again next time we are looking to stay in Apollo Bay
