Enjoy the peace and tranquility of your surroundings in this modern elevated architecturally designed house which offers all modern facilities, views and the chance of seeing a koala or two in the surrounding gum trees. Minutes walk to the beautiful Skenes Creek beach and 5 km from Apollo Bay that hosts restaurants and cafes.

Upstairs:

-European kitchen with dishwasher, gas hotplates, electric oven, microwave and espresso machine.

-Living area with flat screen TV, DVD, sound system, reverse cycle AC, wood heater (wood supplied), timber flooring.

- Floor to ceiling windows with sliding doors onto entertainment deck (with gas BBQ) that captures the views of the rolling Otways and the southern ocean.

-Bedroom 1 : Queen bed with a set of inbuilt bunks, electric panel heating and TV. En-suite with shower, vanity and toilet.

Downstairs:

-Bedroom 2 : Queen bed, ocean views, electric panel heating and ensuite spa, shower, vanity and toilet

-Bedroom 3 : 2x Single beds, ocean views, electric panel heating.

-Bathroom: Bath, shower and vanity, separate toilet.

- Laundry with auto washing machine and dryer.

-Pizza Oven (BYO wood, red gum is best)

Off street parking for two cars.

This part of the Great Ocean Rd is simply stunning. You can walk on the beach, sample wonderful wines, explore Apollo Bay with its great shops and cafes, charter a deep sea fishing boat, ride horses on the beach, play a round or two of golf, whale watch and of course visit the world famous Twelve Apostles and the Otway Tree Fly. Treetops Terrace is just a step away from some of the state's most iconic must-visit destinations for gourmet travelers.

Big on perks, light on basics

Overall, the property has a lot to offer: ocean views from upstairs, a huge balcony, gas barbecue, pizza oven, wide range of (for the most part) decent kitchen equipment! Unfortunately, all these great perks were somewhat overshadowed upon arrival by a lack of curtains in the upstairs bedroom; a fireplace in dire need of being cleaned out; dirty bedrooms downstairs; and a moldy/damp/musty smell in the ensuite bathroom downstairs. Overall, we still really liked the property, but we would have enjoyed our stay even more had we not had to clean the property first.

Great views

A good location with beach views and ocean sounds. No air-con for cool mornings but wood fire great when around ! Vast array of coooking items and fantastic to have sharp knives. Even used the pizza oven which worked ok.

Great place to stay!

We spent 2 nights at Treetops Terrace before the lockdown. I always look for the 3 C's in our accommodation - Cleanliness, Comfort and Convenience. This location exceeded expectations. The house was very clean and well maintained. We found the kitchen appliances and dishwater more than adequate. The panel heaters kept the room nice and warm and we built a good fire each night. We really enjoyed our stay and would recommend Treetops Terrace to anyone looking for a cosy, clean house.

Perfectly lovely

Clean and we'll provisioned with a spectacular view. It was cold during our stay and the fireplace was nice but we couldn't heat the house with it or keep it going through the night without boiling the person in the upstairs bedroom (the choke on the fireplace doesn't work). Overall a wonderful stay - would definitely come again. We even saw a koala in the driveway!

Beautiful house, beautiful location

Beautiful property in serene surroundings- great view of the ocean and beach view from the deck. Binoculars supplied for dolphin watching (we saw about 6 dolphins just past some Surfers at dusk and watched them for about 30 minutes)! 23 cockatoos were waiting for us on the deck in the morning (can be noisy but fun). No air conditioning means on hot days the house is very warm, and there was a few dead flies under the stairs and a live scorpion snuck in somehow but apart from that could not fault this house and would definitely stay again! Coffee machine was much appreciated! Beautiful location with lots to do including great drives through national parks and walks through forest areas to waterfalls etc all within 1 hour drive of the property. Recommend!

Amazing Stay!

We stayed at the Treetop Terrace 10 @C-Air recently and were blown away by the property. From the location to the views, not to mention a fully equipped property that felt just like being at home. Close to Apollo Bay and the many wonders of the Great Ocean Road. We will be back. Many thanks for a wonderful stay.
