This property is all about location, location, location. This stunning Holiday Apartment is located right in the centre of Apollo Bay. You can walk to Cafes, Restaurants, Hotels, Shops, Supermarkets, beach and much more.

This Apartment boasts panoramic views over the foreshore, ocean, the Apollo Bay Harbour and the Otways from the balcony, which has an outdoor high top table and chairs to seat 4, and a GAS BBQ, so you can see those breathtaking views while you sit and relax.

The Kitchen, Dining and Lounge rooms feature open plan living. There is a large LCD TV with remote, DVD player with remote, Sound Bar and Sub-Woofer with remote, X-Box One with two controllers and games, Free Wi-Fi, Dishwasher, Fridge with separate Freezer, Microwave, Aldi Coffee Machine (complimentary 6 pods) longer stays guests may be advised to bring extra), Dining table with 6 Chairs, 6 Seater Chaise Lounge, Reverse Cycle Heating and Cooling, board games and a 4 point USB charging station for mobiles devices.

The two bedrooms each have Queen beds and each have a Sofa bed suitable for 4 children or 2 adults, wall mounted TVs with in-built DVD players and remotes, 2 x lamps and bedside cabinets, reverse cycle heating and cooling, built-in robes and a USB charging station for mobiles devices.

The spacious main bathroom consists of separate bath, separate shower, vanity with tiled flooring, washing machine and wall mounted dryer.

Beautiful clean and well maintained apartment.Great location The only negative was the linen serviceI was given no updates on whether the order and payment had been received so was unsure whether linen would be there on the day.The linen was expensive ...100 for the hire of some towels and sheets .I only needed 4 towels and 2 sheets for 2 days

Great, accommodation, great location, view of water, no need for a car walked everywhere.

The property was lovely, great location. The only things that were a problem were the dryer did not work and the BBQ was filthy.

Get away

A well equipped and spacious apartment. Comfortable and homey. We loved watching the sun set and the moon rise while having a drink on the balcony. The cafe below did play music with a constant bass from 9 to 5, however it didn’t really concern us. The stairs leading to the apartment would be a challenge for anyone with mobility issues and a few stairs are a little wobbly. Would happily stay at the foreshore apartment anytime So many good cafes with friendly service and the freshest seafood around

Running Festival experience

We loved staying here. Right in the thick of things which was great if we needed to pop out for food, shopping or the pub. We could cheer on the marathon runners from the balcony as it overlooks the Great Ocean Road and is about 100m from the finish line. The place itself was clean, tidy and had nearly everything we needed as well as stuff we didnt realise we needed (washing machine, washing powder and dryer was a life saver). Slight downside is the music from the restaurant downstairs. It didnt bother us but might be an issue if you like it really quiet. Include a bathmat when you bring your linen. On the whole would really recommend this place especially if you are here for the running festival.

Right in town above a cafe , beautiful views but if you want to spend time in the property during the day it is very noisy . Cafe plays loud music all day and it thuds through the floor. Nothing special for the price .

Fantastic location

Great little apartment with fantastic location and provides all the basics. Cafe noise below was as expected from other reviews but not excessive or intrusive. More noticeable was the back alley noise of early morning delivery trucks most days. The unit was generally well maintained and clean apart from the floors but a once over when we arrived was all that was needed. The vac isn’t up to the task. The two queen beds were comfortable, it’s a stretch to call the fold outs beds though, thankfully we only needed one and used all the spare blankets to try to bulk up the mattress. I’d bring my own if we visited again.

BE AWARE this property doesnt provide linen. Oddly, it provides everything else (soaps, tea bags etc) but we didnt realise there was no linen until we got there. They tried to get us to hire some from a company that wanted to charge close to $100. They have it written in the description but hidden right at the bottom, and they refused to help us with linens when we rang because of this. We managed to find some in the op shop the next day. The place is well located, mostly clean (don't look under the bed), the front door didnt lock but the screen door did. Aside from that, its a nice place.

Very centrally located Very spacious accommodation Bonus washing machine, dryer, dishwasher. Needs a thorough clean throughout. Lounge suite is filthy, behind bedside tables, bird poo (old) on outdoor table. Doonas didn’t feel clean. Loose floors. Not secure with both front and back main doors impossible to lock. No salt/pepper, any other useful items. No coffee pods -not regular pods able to be used. Very few PowerPoints in kitchen. Could be so much better.

Great spot and perfect set up except for cafe beats

Loved it mostly. Under beds and couches etc could have done with a sweep and clean before arrival and why cater to smokers? Balcony had used butts around. Gross. Portable fans and lamps etc need to be reviewed/upgraded/stored away - too much clutter. The cafe under all day every day was playing bass beats and it was impossible to read and relax. This was a big issue. I advised agent that someone needs to speak to them about this. Music yes but bass and drums all day unfair. Location amazing.

Perfect location in centre of town

For two adults and two teenage children the accommodation was well suited to our needs. Sitting in the centre of town we could come and go freely and as often as we needed with everything just a stones throw away. Accommodation was neat and spacious and had everything we needed. Great views of the ocean and main strip below. Only minor issue was the thumping of second hand music from the cafe directly below. Was ok for the first couple of days but by the third it became a bit much. It was only during the day but because we had bad weather we spent a bit of time inside, otherwise it may not have been such an issue.

Nice view, Close to the Beach

Property presented pretty much as advertised. Very close to the beach and cafe's. The property was accessed via external stairs which were a bit of a struggle for my near 80 year old mother who was stying with me and were not metioned in the property notes.

Would have been a great experience but I was not aware no linen was provided. Looking back on the extensive information about the property provided I unfortunately missed this information. So one on holiday needed to buy towels, sheets etc I have never stayed anywhere this is not provided

Great COVID get away

The property was as described. Very well equiped. Great location. Everything within walking distance. Also close drive to all attractions like koala watching at cape Otway and beautiful drive along the Barham River Scenic River drive. The only slight negative is that the apartment is above the Waves Cafe that starts loud music at 9 am til 5 pm. But as we are usually out from 10 pm touring it did not affect us too much. Highly recommended.

Great Apartment, Great Town

The property was awesome, great location. Apollo Bay is a great place for a getaway. One minor suggestion is to provide 2 house keys, so when we do separate things we don't have to rely on one another.

Perfect location - brilliant view!

1 week stay - 2 adults and 2 teenagers. Very comfortable apartment, very nicely furnished and well appointed with everything we needed. Kitchen really well stocked with quality utensils, appliances, crockery etc. The view really is magnificent - great balcony for relaxing and basking in the view. Great coffee, cafe's, bakery supermarket etc just downstairs and the beach just a stroll away. Definately reccommend and stay again.
