This 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom holiday home is all about the location. Situated at the beach end of Eighth Ave, literally only a few minutes' walk and you're at the beautiful Point Roadknight Beach. This fantastic safe beach is perfect for kids learning to swim, surf, boogie board or just wade in the shallows as it is sheltered and also patrolled during peak holiday times. Just out the back gate and you can pick up walking tracks, heading into the town itself in one direction or head towards Aireys Inlet going the other way.

Property Features: 2 Showers (second shower in laundry), Air Conditioning Split System in the lounge room, portable oil heaters in the bedrooms, TV, DVD, iPod Dock, Dishwasher, fully fenced back yard with a cubby house.
