I summer at Merrymeeting Lake ,New Durham,NH.and winter down the street in Rincon .I am one of 12 children born to Charles and Mary Kennedy who gave me the world when they taught me that you can have anything if you work for it.
Why they chose this property
A lifetime of building and remodeling has trained me to look at location first as it is something I can't change. Three years of winter stays in Vieques, Culebra ,and San Juan led me to Rincon. The beauty, the relaxed pace of life, and above all the friendly people and walk friendly area kept me coming two years as a renter. Feeling at home, I knew I should buy a home and this neighborhood is my favorite in Rincon for family and guests. I swim at 6AM to start every day right. Try it!
What makes this property unique
A great home design, well executed and easy to use! When I fell off a roof in 1990 ,I learned first hand the value of a first floor master suite, open floor plans, and simple ramps instead of stairs.When possible I incorporate all three features into any home build or remodel .I fell in love with my home and the Vista Azul neighborhood when I saw that most people on the street walk around and talk to each other everyday and that my house would suit me even if I got too old to drive a car or had ambulatory problems late in life.
