Our party of 16 thoroughly enjoyed the cabin. It was well stocked, clean and communication was great. Having two refrigerators and dishwashers was great. We didn't use the stoves much. The theater room was used quite a bit but I can't say enough of how amazing the views were. The views were worth the drive up the mountain.

Beautiful place for our family!

We were looking for a place that would accommodate 14 of us comfortably, have a 1st floor Master for our parents and have a large enough common space that the entire family could enjoy time together - this is the place!!!

Amazing View Lodge is amazing

Beautiful setting, great property, great size for a multi age family group from infants to grandparents. A little challenging on the road in but otherwise was a great time for all.

Now that’s a view!

Spectacular view with a spacious mountain cabin feel. Close to Gatlinburg and lots to see and do. We enjoyed the house very much.

25th Anniversary trip

The cabin is beautiful. The view is awesome! The cabin is roomy and the theater room is great!! I can't say enough about how we enjoyed staying here. The bears visited us every day....make sure you lock your cars and don't leave food in your cars.

Thanksgiving

This is a great cabin! We had plenty of room for the 15 people that were there. The view is indeed "amazing". The cabin was stocked with everything we needed. We had easy access to downtown Gatlinburg and local attractions.

New Beginning Baptist Church retreat

We enjoyed our stay at Amazing View Lodge it is a gorgeous cabin, appreciated the 2 washer/dryers, fridges, stoves. Lots of room at dinner table as well. Rooms where spacious loved the bigger beds, very convenient bathrooms! We will stay again! Thanks for everything!

Amazing Views and an Amazing Property

Our family stayed at Amazing Views over Thanksgiving and loved it. The 3 levels worked out perfectly for our family. We enjoyed the full theater, pool table, and arcade games. The kitchen was perfect for preparing large meals. Two large tables allowed us to all set down together. We loved it!

Amazing View Lodge was perfect for us

The staff at Timber Tops was always available to answer questions. The cabin had absolutely everything we needed and we had a huge group. The grocery was 5 minutes and downtown Gatlinburg was only 5 minutes. If there was a negative it would have been there is really no yard so all activities we had to travel but the view was worth it. just plain amazing.

Great location and great facility for groups of 15-20

We enjoyed our stay very much. It truly is an amazing view. We had a couple of minor maintenance issues and man, they jumped on it immediately- you could tell these folks wanted to make sure our stay was great! Excellent response and help! Love the fact that there is two of everything needed in the kitchen as it pertains to appliances! Helps tremendously with big crowds!

Amazing house, fantastic stay

This house is gorgeous top to bottom and is exactly as advertised. Its new and clean and really well appointed with luxuries in every corner. The kitchen is amazing, every bedroom is extremely comfortable, most with their own bathroom. We enjoyed the game room, the theater, the video games, all the TVs and the deck. The view of the mountains is fabulous. And the house is less than 10 minutes to downtown Gatlinburg, which made it extremely convenient to get to town, restaurants, and the park. We would definitely choose this house again and recommend it to anyone.

Gorgeous view of the Smokey Mountains, as the name depicts. The house was huge and well equipped. The bedroom and bathroom layout was perfect for our large family. So many amenities! Everything was clean and instructions were very clear on how to operate the tv's, theatre, Alexa, etc. Note - The drive up is curvy, but the last turn to get to the street is VERY tight and steep. Some may need 4 wheel drive or AWD to make it up if the roads are wet. This was a little scary at first but we all managed it fine (all vehicles were 4x4 or AWD). I would not attempt it if roads were icy.

Beautiful view!

We were very happy with our stay! The views are insane and go on forever. The place is very clean and no bugs (of course they’re outside since it’s summer). We had a couple of issues with the appliances - 1 coffeemaker wasn’t working and the stoves/microwaves are a bit off temp wise. Thankfully there were 2 of each so all was good (management was made aware). I would definitely recommend staying here and hope to return one day. Thank you!
