W509 - This newly remodeled unit is a three bedroom unit on the west side of Eden on the fifth floor. There is tile throughout the unit, new HD flat screen TV's, all updated bathrooms and to top it all off, the kitchen has all stainless steel appliances and a perfect view for cooking. This unit has a king size bed in the master bedroom suite with an attached bathroom that has an upscale tiled shower and a deep soaking tub to relax in. The guest bedrooms each have a queen sized bed with flat screen TV's. This unit also features 2 guest bathrooms and each has tiled showers. There is a large flat screen TV in the living room; there I also a wine cooler at the wet bar. Impressive views of the Gulf can be seen from the balcony which is accessible from both the living room and the master bedroom. Full size washer and dryer in unit. This property has Cox Cable and free WiFi. This unit requires Saturday to Saturday rentals in the Summer
