Large ocean front home with private heated pool and large back yard. Lounge by the pool or by the ocean. ** Please note...the pool is NOT fenced in. Because of the recent beach nourishment, there is always a wide beach and easy access straight from the yard. The house is a comfortable roomy home with plenty of space for a big family or several couples. The kitchen was recently remodeled with amenities such as a wet bar and a coffee bar, gas stove top, plenty of serving space and a large dining table. Every bedroom has its own, recently renovated, bathroom. There is a total of 8 bedrooms. There are two king bedrooms with outside entrances.The main house has a large upstairs master with king and a balcony and an additional bedroom upstairs has a king size bed and balcony. One bedroom downstairs has 2 double beds. Anither bedroom downstairs has a king size bed. There are two bunk rooms. One has two double beds with 5 twin bunks and a pull out sofa. A smaller bunk room has 2 bunk beds for a total of 4 twin beds. A poolside cabana has a fireplace, TV, comfortable chairs and a picnic table. There is an outdoor shower with hot and cold water. It is a great house for families or up to 6 couples. Beach Club and Cloister are accessible by bike or a 1.75 mile walk. Use of Sea Island facilities requires temporary Sea Island Club membership which is availale for extra cost.

Outstanding!

I would give this home 10 stars! Everything was perfect. Beautiful home, wonderful view, quiet and private. Everything was exceptional. Also, one of the major selling points of this property was the fact that the minimum stay was five nights and not seven. I love my extended family, but 5 days is plenty with them. Thank you, Donna!

A perfect family getaway

Our stay in Sea Island was fantastic. The house is amazingly equipped with everything we could possibly have wanted: a great/social kitchen (really nicely updated) that had every item we needed; plenty of comfortable bedrooms with great mattresses, nice linens and en suite bathrooms; enough indoor social space for games/movie nights; and best of all a superb on-the-beach location with a nice-sized pool and - our favorite - a big outdoor pavilion so adults could enjoy outside time while kids did all their dives off the diving board. The house is accommodating, comfortable, really nicely equipped/appointed, but not so fancy that you feel stressed that you’re going to ruin something precious - perfect for our family with lots of small children in the group. Donna, the owner, was accessible and prompt with any issues (mostly helping add names to the guest list for entry into Sea Island) and also had great recommendations for nearby stores as well as an in-home chef (Sherry) who helped us out with a few dinners while there. (Highly recommend!) This is a place we all said we wanted to come back to again!!

A Sanctuary on Sea island!

Nothing could top this beautiful home that had every amenity you could think of, including a kind and responsive owner! What a joy to make family memories at this lovely home. We had plentiful space, spent most of our day in the pool or steps away on a private beach. It was truly a special week at a most special place. Thank you!

Best family vacation

Our experience with this property and the owner was amazing. Donna was so helpful and answered questions quickly and offered i information and guidance for our trip With COVID causing concerns about our trip I was truly reassured that it wasn’t an issue. The house was perfect for our large family. The grandkids loved the pool and it was a few steps to our beach ! Everything about our gathering was perfect. The most relaxing, memorable vacation for all of us
