Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Interior was clean and nicely decorated. The ice maker was broken and not fixed during our stay. We were told someone would bring ice each day but no one did.Outside with pool and hot tub was dirty. Pool was dirty. The net to clean pool was broken. Mats were dirty and rather disgusting.

Bad Experience

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Hot tub had no hot water. No pool net to clean pool. Outside Pool alarm didn't work. Ice maker didn't work. Pool towels were small bath towels. Only 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, not enough for 10 people for a week. No pot holders or kitchen towels. Only 2 tall kitchen garbage bags had to use grocery bags for trash. Washer only had one packet of detergent. Child wet the bed and was going to wash the bedding but it didn't fit in the washer. Asked for additional bedding and was told no. Requested the hot tub be repaired and they said your on a wait list. Said they couldn't fix the pool alarm problem. They couldn't fix anything. The management rep was rude and talked over me when I tried to comment. I have never before rented a vacation home with so many issues. All other rentals would have enough toilet paper/paper towels/ kitchen supplies or would provide additional if requested. Do not rent from them.

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I was disappointed with the house I expected that, for the amount paid the house would be very luxurious which it was not. The towels were very thin and small. The duvets were cheap looking with no covers. There was no iron in the property. The dishwasher was full of sludge and broken glass when we arrived and took over 24 hours for someone to come out so we tried to clean it out without success After a visit from maintenance the dishwasher leaked and we had to call maintenance back and again a long wait. We could not get the TV in the lounge to connect to the internet so called maintenance. The lady came swiftly but told us that this TV was not able to connect and the owners had been told but said they were not prepared to change the TV. As this was the only TV where we could all sit together to watch a film we were very disappointed. The lounge was quite dark and so we had to have the lights on all of the time. There was a surround sound system which also did not work. There was a pole by the pool but no net head on the pole so we could not remove insects from the pool. I do not give adverse reviews without a lot of thought but considering what we paid I feel justified in giving a bad review I certainly would not go back there

Very Nice!

Rented the property for a week long trip with our family - plenty of room to relax and unwind. Property was clean and as described. Enjoyed our stay!!

Stayed 7 nights in Aug 2023
