Villa Las Palmas is a sensational 14,000 square foot home in the exclusive Pedregal neighborhood of Cabo San Lucas. Recently renovated, Villa Las Palmas offers visitors the ultimate luxury oasis in one of the world’s most desirable vacation destinations.

The home offers seven well-appointed guest suites—featuring all king beds—for a sleeping capacity of up to 16 people. This makes Villa Las Palmas not only perfect for an ultra-luxury vacation getaway, but great for corporate outings, birthdays and anniversary parties as well.

Among the home’s greatest features are its spacious outdoor entertaining areas, highlighted by its heated infinity pool and jacuzzi, which feature unparalleled views of downtown Cabo San Lucas, Cabo marina and the Sea of Cortez.

Our facilities aside, another asset that sets us apart is our commitment to service. All clients have access to our well-tenured guest experience coordinator, a Cabo native with all of the connections needed to make your vacation discreetly spectacular. This commitment extends to cleanliness as well; daily maid service is complimentary to all of our guests.

• Luscious courtyard, featuring a custom six-hole putting green, designed and installed by Celebrity Greens, a variety of vegetation and a large canterra fountain

Our family has been coming to Cabo for several years now; we enjoy everything that the area has to offer. Around 2010, we discovered Villa Las Palmas and fell in love with it. We stayed at the home numerous times before deciding to make the previous owner an offer. After we purchased the villa, we did an extensive renovation on it and we think it turned out great. It's our pleasure to share our home with you; we hope that you'll enjoy it as much as we do!
