The great room includes a well equipped modern kitchen with large dining table, outdoor balcony with a barbecue grill off the dining area. Plenty of space for fun while enjoying the stunning display of nature right outside. Visits from local monkey, birds, and colorful sunsets create a truly memorable vacation.
This home has 3 bedrooms all featuring beautiful new bathrooms, and tropical outdoor space.
-Bedroom suite 1 offers a deluxe king bed, picturesque ocean views, private bath, private balcony with seating, and a quiet workspace;
-Bedroom suite 2 continues with a deluxe queen bed, private bathroom, closet, and serene quiet balcony with incredible ocean views;

What a Gem!

The view from this property cannot be over exaggerated! The house was as listed, clean and well maintained. We felt very comfortable in this home and had everything we needed for our stay. The community pool was steps away and we had it to ourselves most days. Communication with the owners was exceptional. We did not have any issues that needed to be addressed, but the owners checked in with us just to make sure. We would not hesitate to stay here again.

Great place in Coco Beach

We enjoyed our stay at this house/condo in Coco Beach. There were 4 of us (parents and two adult children) and there was plenty of room for all of us. Beds were comfortable and rooms were nicely decorated. It was great to have an A/C unit in each room. Note: It is 3 levels with the master on the top level and the two other bedrooms on the bottom level (living area/kitchen) on middle level. This worked well for us since our children are young adults. Jennifer was SUPER helpful and responsive with anything we needed during our stay. There are lots of places within 10 minutes to eat/shop. Our favorite meal of the trip was at Nikkei in the Pacifico shopping center! Coco Beach is a cute fishing town and you can make day trips to different towns usually within an hour drive.

Wonderful Trip To Costa Rica

This property was perfect for the week that my family of three spent in Costa Rica. The house was immaculate and fully stocked with everything that you could possibly need for a home away from home. The hosts were helpful from the moment we arrived providing pictures to direct us to the property. They were welcoming and very responsive to any needs that we had. They also provided recommendations for places to eat and things to do. Our stay in this home was peaceful and relaxing which is exactly what we needed after days out exploring the country. My only suggestion would be to bring an eye mask if you need to sleep in the dark. With all the glass in the house (walls, windows, doors), I had trouble sleeping because the light from the neighbor's house shined into the bedroom at night. But that's no fault of the hosts and nothing that an eye mask won't cure. Otherwise, the place was amazing, and I would both recommend this house and stay here again.

I would recommend a 4x4 to navigate the driveway to the homes .. also would of been nice to have the AC on prior to our arrival .. Recommend a new Coffee Pot but over all great time had by all ! Todd and Brian
