Our property is located 100 meters across the road from the crystal blue river. Ideal for swimming, stand up paddle boarding, boating and fishing.

Walking distance to all Brunswick Heads has to offer.
5 min stroll to shops, cafes, and our amazing surf beaches that stretch all the way to Byron Bay.

We have designed this space for people who love their privacy and love to travel with their pets and family. Safe, convenient, laidback coastal living.

On the other hand, for the adventures person we have a range of things to do and see. Such as National Parks, Waterfalls, Bike/ walking trails, water-sports, Skydive, Ballooning, Eco tours, Arts, Markets, Horse riding, Dive & Snorkel, Fishing, All water spots.
Close by is Ocean Shores Country Club one of the top Golf course in Australia. Byron Bay, Mullumbimby, Ballina and 30minutes away from the Gold Coast Airport.

We are also on bus route for major festivals such as “Bluesfest Byron Bay”. North Byron Parklands such as "Splendour in the Grass", “Falls Festival”and “Byron Writers Festival”

Pet Friendly:
A fee will apply if you bring pets.
All we ask is that you clean up after your pets and if they do break or damage anything please let us know.

The space:
Private, self contained apartment has its own entry.
Street parking directly out the front of apartment. No paid parking.
Key access is via a key lock code. Provided after booking.

1 King bed open planed living.

Kitchen:
Cooking facilities (electric oven gas cook top) Kitchen includes basic cooking essentials such as salt, pepper, cooking oil, paper towels, Glad-wrap, Foil, Tea, coffee, sugar and milk. The Fridge has a built in ice and filtered water dispenser. All cleaning products provided.

Lounge:
Space includes flat screen TV with NETFLIX, Apple TV and Wi-Fi. Books, Games, and local guide magazines.
Sound System in celling Bluetooth speaker system.

Lounge / Daybed can be converted into 2 single Futon beds on request.

Single beds will only bed made up on request. They are made up in the lounge room on 2 single Futon mattresses which are used as the lounge.

Extra bedding is a extra cost of $20 for linen

Laundry:
Your own laundry space with a tub, washing machine, powder, ironing facilities, vacuum and cleaning products. Fire Extinguisher and First aid kit.

Bathroom:
Large walk in shower, with all towels, Hair dryer hair straightener and basic essentials.

Air-Conditioning / Heating located in Main bedroom.
Fans are installed through out the unit.

Deck area:
Outdoor setting and table. Gas BBQ. Hot and cold shower.
Grass shady area for dogs and kids to play.

Travel cot and High chair available. On request

Guest access: Your private space.Not shared.
Guests have all access to the apartment and the grounds. The area is not shared with anyone else.
We do not meet and greet you when you arrive which gives you great flexibility for arrival time. There is a lock box with the keys and all the information you need inside the apartment. Call or text anytime if you need help or have questions. We respect your privacy and will leave you to it unless you reach out.
Other things to note
Brunswick Heads is a small fishing town on the river, approximately 15 minutes north of Byron Bay. There are some amazing walking tracks and waterfalls around, just head to Brunswick Heads Information Centre for information about all of the surrounds. We have a book called Byron Trails that details 50 walks you can do in the area.

Our house is pristinely clean and awesome. However, please note that we are located in a high density nature area (which is what makes this area so special), and with that comes more insects etc. We have bug spray should you see a little critter that scares you. However, most of these guys are friendly and harmless and are probably more scared of you (Yes I am speaking about the Aussie huntsman spider and mozzies). The house is fully screened and has aircon and fans.
