The apartment is very well situated in front of the sea, with alle accomodations in the building: swimming pools, tennis, petanque, padel, pingpong, basket. The apartment has a nice terrace with a splendid direct view on the sea. In the apartment there is one bedroom a big new double bed (180x200). There are light ceiling fans in the livingroom en bedroom. There is a big sofabed (144x200), a smart tv, dining table and 4 chairs. For cooling, there are 2 new ceiling fans. There is also a small working desk. There is a kitchen with all necesarry tools and a bathroom with washing machine. There are two restaurants at the foot of the building where you can have breakfast or meals at democratic prices. The apartment is very well located, only a few minutes walk from the citycentre with many restaurants, bars and nice shops. You don t need a car in Almunecar. There is a busstation from where you can take a bus to go to Nerja, Granada or Malaga. Almunecar is lovely for people who like the sea and a nice cosy citycenter.
