Perfect stay

We where do i start .this villa has it all except a large supermarket close by.but the bus service is fantastic and cheap. If you are looking to travel and see the sights rent a car if you like walk the board walk dont bothers withthe car beach is just 5min walk and the owner has chairs so you can bring them to the beach. The two bedrooms and great large beds and also two bathrooms. The kitchen has everything you need to cook a meal and the surrounding are is really nice. Wonderful 5 weeks

Das Apartment ist vollständig ausgestattet. Hier findet man absolut alles. Die Lage ist perfekt. In einer ruhigen Seitenstraße gelegen, vom Balkon einen Blick auf das Meer und nach 2 Fußminuten ist man am Strand. Kleinere Supermärkte sind fußläufig erreichbar, zu Restaurants kann man das Auto ebenfalls stehen lassen.

Un séjour merveilleux

Un appartement avec tout le confort possible. La cuisine et ses accessoires, les chambres, le salon, la climatisation, tout était parfait. A 10 minutes à pied de la plage. Supermarchés à proximité. Cure de poissons et fruits de mer à prix doux. Enfin, tout était présent pour des vacances merveilleuses. Nous espérons revenir dans deux ans si Stefan loue toujours son appartement.

Entspannter Urlaub in einer tollen Wohnung

Die Ferienwohnung ist absolut top eingerichtet, begonnen bei der umfassend ausgestatteten Küche zum jederzeit Selbstkochen, über ein perfekt funktionierendes Wlan, Großbildfernseher, zwei Schlafzimmern und zwei Bädern mit WC. Einzig der Balkon ist sehr klein, was aber wirklich deswegen übersehbar ist, weil der kilometerlange Strand (Kies, kein Sand) sowie die Strandpromenade in nur 5 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen sind. Achtung: Weg zum Strand ist steil bergab, (zurück steil bergauf) auf asphaltierter Straße. Die Lage ist in einer Seitengasse sehr ruhig, Parkmöglichkeit besteht vor dem Haus, wobei am Wochenende wenn die Einheimischen zum Strand eilen schon einmal alles zugeparkt ist. Für die Nutzung empfiehlt sich in jedem Fall ein Mietwagen, auch für Ausflüge empfehlenswert, die Nutzung öffentlicher Verkehrsmittel (Alsa-Busse) ist ebenfalls möglich, jedoch ist der Busbahnhof etwa 4km (im Hauptort Almunecar) entfernt. Fazit: Wer gerne individuell reist, Ausflüge selbst organisiert, und jede Menge Komfort und ein schönes Umfeld beim Wohnen mag, dem kann diese Ferienwohnung nur empfohlen werden. Der Eigentümer war für mich jederzeit erreichbar und hat die Schlüsselübergabe organisiert. Für mich ein perfekter entspannter Urlaub! Michaela aus Wien

Schöner Aufenthalt

Bilder originalgetreu. Küche gut ausgestattet (z.b. Gewürze, Kochutensilien). Wohnung war sehr sauber und Strandnah.Balkon ab Mittag sonnig.Vermitter war stehts erreichbar und hat sich erkundigt ob alles in Ordnung sei. Kommen gerne wieder.

Wunderschöne Ferienwoche verbracht

Die Fotos alleine haben schon einen sehr ansprechenden Eindruck gemacht, und als wir die Wohnung dann betreten haben, waren wir gleich von Anfang an sehr begeistert. Alles, wirklich alles, ist wunderschön eingerichtet. Die Küche ist ausgezeichnet ausgestattet und das Kochen hat echt Spaß gemacht. Wenn man einmal nicht Kochen möchte: kein Problem. Die Wohnung ist in unmittelbarer Nähe zum Strand und dort hat es jede Menge Chiringuitos (Strandrestaurants/bars), die übrigens auch wunderbar sind. Wir haben öfters die Nachmittagssonne auf dem gemütlichen Balkon mit einen Drink genossen. Die Luft ist super sauber und es war sehr ruhig. Auch von der Temperatur her (November) perfekt. Mir hat auch das Wohnzimmer sehr gut gefallen; schön groß. Auf dem grossen TV-Flatscreen konnten wir mit unseren persönlichen AmazonPrime Account tolle Fernseh-Abende verbringen. Und damit zum nächsten Punkt: die Internetverbindung war top! Ich musste (trotz Ferien) noch ein paar WebCalls mit Kollegen in Deutschland führen, und das hat problemlos funktioniert. Ein gelungener Urlaub! Und ich habe seit längeren nicht mehr so gut geschlafen, wie hier. Wir werden mit Sicherheit diese Wohnung (nächstes Mal zusammen mit Freunden) wieder buchen.

Great Apartment

This apartment is absolutely first class, very well decorated and very comfortable with everything you could ask for. Unfortunately, I think the host needs to find a new cleaner as one of the toilets was not very clean and all plug holes and overflows were not clean. wet room had mould where the water had been sitting and dried out. There was also dust on the inside mouldings on the doors. This is such a shame because the host has a beautiful, well equipped apartment.

Una estancia muy agradable. La casa es muy acogedora, amplia y cómoda. No le falta detalle y está muy bien decorada. Ubicada a escasos 5 minutos andando de la playa. La comunicación con Stefan, el propietario, fenomenal. Muy atento en todo momento En definitiva, muy recomendable.
