This spacious, pet friendly, three-bedroom, three-bathroom, vacation home is ideally located mid island on Gulfbay Drive, with 180 yards to the beach and 150 yards to the tranquil waters of the bay, surrounded by the 35 acres of Joan Durante park .

An entertainer's paradise - this home includes a large private patio and private fenced pool with multiple dining areas, a fire-pit and park views. This is a "state of the art" SOLAR HOME with solar power to the grid and backup battery power for the TV and Internet. 150 MB Broadband WiFi throughout. (Very handy if the island power goes out)

With a quick 5 minute walk to the beach via your own deeded private access to the beautiful sugar sands of Longboat Beach or a walk through the park out the back door, to the tranquil quiet bay, you can surf in the morning and kayak in the afternoon!

No beach crowds or noisy beach traffic or parking problems at No Regrets!

Out the back door, Joan Durante Park with its 35 acres of walking trails, grassy picnic areas and children's playground is dog friendly and perfect for walks, BBQs or just riding bikes and playing games.

NO rEGRETS is named affectionately after our local friend, Eddie the Egret. You will see him walking along the front lawn or across the road looking for food.

Longboat Key is only 3 feet above sea level, so NO REGRETS was wisely designed with a "key west like" elevated floorplan..you can enjoy the beaches and tropical atmosphere without the worry of flooding! A fast elevator carries guests, baggage and shopping quickly upstairs to the main living area.

With an open elevated floor plan, the garage and pool, bathroom, bar, hot tub and BBQ are on the first floor and the living and patio areas on the second floor, together with an elevated deck overlooking the pool (with BBQ and dining table and chairs), this light and airy home has bright colors and comfortable furnishings including a large screen UHD 3D TV for the days when the beach is too windy or too hot and a DVR so you can keep up with the shows you simply can't miss!

Small dogs (<50 lbs) are welcome, so bring your best friend:) Just trim their nails;)

The home has solar power backup and 1GB broadband internet for gamers. Security cameras are located on the side stairs, front porch and pool/ spa areas to provide security for the property when its unoccupied. We dont record the video from these cams.
The one interior cam in the family room is disabled unless the alarm is activated.

BBQ facilities downstairs by the heated pool and a covered hot tub and patio with serving bar and bathroom, simplify outdoor living, even if the weather is showery!

WiFi is available throughout the home and around the heated, lighted pool; a UHD TV, DVR and DVD is also available in the family room, Master bedroom and 2nd bedroom as well, so the kids/ teens can watch their programs, without disturbing adults entertaining.
After an afternoon at the beach, cool off with a quick spray from the outdoor shower before jumping into your private fenced in pool or if you have been playing tennis or fishing- come home and relax in the 28 jet hot tub! A convenient downstairs bathroom is nearby.
Or you can enjoy snacks and drinks from the serving bar before heading upstairs for dinner or to nearby restaurants.

If you're in the mood for something finer, Longboat Key's famous 5 star Euphemia Haye restaurant is only a 100 yard walk away down Gulfbay Rd and the Center Shops has excellent seafood and italian restaurants also available, less than 1/2 a mile away.

If you want to relax before dinner; have a cocktail on the upstairs deck, while you watch the kids swim below in the pool or join them in the hot tub.
