The unit was big and comfortable but was dirty and had lights that didn't work, the dishes were dirty as we're the cups, no dishwash liquid. The padded cushions on patio had no padding. The sliding doors were too hard to open. The lounge suite was very comfortable but lazy boy chair was hard to get foot rest up but very comfy when you did. Windows were filthy and hard to see out of, we cleaned ourselves. The shower leaked between tiles on floor n shower unit. Over all plenty of room, comfy bed, great view just needs some maintenance and a good cleaner.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The view was exactly as seen in photo but view even better. Very spacy unit. 2 bathrooms a bonus. Kitchen has most all thats needed. Aircon works well only negative is when sitting outside at end with aircon unit, the hot air hits you. Good fishing at the mouth of The Entrance. Beach is close enough if you want to walk or the Sea Pools are just around the corner. Loved our meal at The Entrance Ocean Restuarant.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Had a great stay however was disappointed when I found a cockroach in the main bedroom and dust on the tables and both TV and TV units. Also I was not happy to have paid the $100 cleaning fee to what I saw when I entered the unit. One other thing I don't understand is when I booked the units months ago I had booked for 4 people however the other rooms beds were not made. Maybe this is something you can look into (just suggestng)

Great aspects & location. Cleanliness is the only let down really

We loved our stay - this property offers great aspects and the location is so convenient, close to everything that is important in the area. The only let down was the cleanliness and I'd put that down to the property managers. They were not flexible with check-in/check-out timings as well.

Some improvement needed

Great location and the apartment was clean but the glass doors leading to the balcony needed cleaning. Missing kitchen bin and only one washing tablet for the dishwasher although we stayed for 2 nights. The washing machine had soap residue at the bottom.
