Enjoyable stay

The house was well situated and had some wonderful features and facilities. Unfortunately however, it was not as clean as I would have expected. The house was nice and tidy and clean but the backyard was unkept and messy. The BBQ area had a fridge that was far too grubby for food and it had not been cleaned well for some time. My husband and I ended up cleaning it as well as the outside seating which was covered in dust and spider webs. The soccer pinball machine was old and grubby and after one look we left it alone. The studio was spacious but again very dirty. We actually moved the bed to get rid of dust and spider webs. I vaccumed and washed the floor. The beds were comfortable but I felt the studio was probably always superficially cleaned. The firepit was very nice to use and so was the garage/play room. The house was well stocked with cleaning products but we were left with very little toilet paper😑 There were some culinary items left for use and the kitchen was well stocked with utensils. The fridge was great! Overall I would definitely go back and we had a lovely time.

Outstanding!!!!!

Stunning property which was accurately listed. Excellent communication from the owner via text and email - she was friendly and helpful. An easy stay - plenty of chairs (inside and out), plenty of space, plenty of cutlery, crockery, kitchenware and bedding. Loved the games room which was enjoyed by everyone! HIGHLY recommend this property for an amazing stay, close to Bendalong Beach!

Good holiday

Communication with the host was the greatest, quick responses every time. The place itself was pretty clean which was very welcoming, overall had a good stay and we enjoyed ourselves

Great location

The property was adequate for our requirements and had all the necessary appliances to cater for a large gathering. The nearby Bendalong Point was especially nice for younger children with a good surf break on the beach side
