The nearby inlet is perfect for children in a quiet, family- friendly area, so come down with the kids for an unforgettable stay.

After a swim, come back to the house where you can rinse off the sand in the outdoor shower, and the whole family can spread out and relax across multiple air-conditioned living rooms. Kick back in front of Netflix and Foxtel, or take a break from screens outside with a board game and your favourite tunes playing on the Bluetooth speaker.

When mealtimes come around, cook and eat in the sun-soaked kitchen or grill up a storm on the BBQ and chow down in the fresh air on the outdoor dining table. After eating, read a book on the upstairs balcony or play a game of table tennis in the shade. You can enjoy a small game of footy in the large, fully-fenced backyard, while the little ones swing on the children's outdoor sing set. With room for your furry friends to get involved as well, nobody misses out on the fun.

Up to eight can spread out over three bedrooms, and with the bottom floor as its own little studio apartment, the kids can have their own space during your stay. When it’s time for more adventure, you’re not far from stunning walks along the coast, Mermaid Pool and Swan Lake, as well as Sussex Inlet just a short drive north. Keep an eye out for the kangaroos that are everywhere, and don’t skip the owners’ recommendations to check out the Wicked Bites donuts food truck, Sussex Inlet markets, Swordfish Brewery, and Dolphin cruises.

Awesome quick break
Cute, clean and quiet accommodation in beautiful. Comfy beds and all the creature comforts for a great weekend..plus being pet friendly with a spacious enclosed garden is a huge bonus. We will be back for sure!

Wonderful!
We absolutely loved Beachway! The house had everything we needed, including a well appointed kitchen, comfy beds and board games for rainy days. The bedroom downstairs with lounge and TV was perfect for the teenagers and even the family dog was welcomed with a bed and toys. Only a short walk to a couple of beaches including a dog beach, made this the perfect beach getaway. Can't wait until our next stay!

If you are looking for a host that provides welcome platters on arrival, champagne in the fridge and who will contact you throughout your stay, we may not be the right host for you.

What you will get from us are well equipped, fairly priced, pet and family friendly holiday homes that are loved by their owners.

We work in a people business and very infrequently things go wrong - if this happens we will do our best to rectify the situation immediately. In busy periods it may take us a few hours to get to messages so picking up the phone is the fastest and best way for us to provide you with the support you need in an urgent situation.

As we are a licensed real estate agent you can be assured that all properties are fully insured, meet fire safety standards and are registered with NSW planning.

What makes this property unique

Our property is a stone's throw to the beach and close to multiple beaches. The inlet is fabulous for children and the area is very quiet and family friendly. There are kangaroos all over the place. Our house is cosy and the second living area is quite large and between the two living areas there are two smart TVs and lots of comfy seating. The yard is very flat and useable and completely fenced for dogs. Children would also be safe in the yard.
